I went to the store for service and the Geek Squad was useless! Had an in home service and the agent was wonderful! I would have given a 5 star review but unfortunately the store service has been terrible on several attempts.

The Geek squad geek was delightful, and he helped quite a bit. He tried to fix the printer issue, and it worked while he was here, and he suggested that I hard wire it, whi9ch I did, but it still doesn't work. Guess I'll be paying for him to come again and help! He was so fast that I missed a couple things - I couldn't see what he did, and so I didn't learn!

I am internally grateful for the services availability with Geek Squad. But on my last affiliation with Geek Squad support online services, I could not receive access support with one of my HP all-in-one desktop. Suggestion was made to make an appointment with the store. But why can not I receive support at home. I am a Total Tech Support member.

Chris Atkins assessed my iMac for ransomware problem; placed the computer in back of my car (small station wagon) face down on padding; made a store appointment for the problem to be taken care of.

The agent was here (80)miles from his base to check my recently purchased computer after a virus attack he also was nice enough to check out our second computer. He was friendly and efficient
