The agent arrived promptly. He was courteous and helpful. I am a septagenarian and he was very patient with me which I greatly appreciated.

I called Geek Squad when I thought I was being hacked. I wished they could have come sooner but when Jason came over we went over all my router settings what they meant and what they actually did. We added a litle extra security and he left with me feeling more secure with my computer and personal info.
