Technician was very nice and he got to work right away. But the 30 day warranty wasn't worth anything. I called after 3 weeks when my desktop computer would no longer boot up. I was told that there was no warranty about that, even though that was part of the problem that I called about initially. I was now told that I would have to bring the tower in to the store for them to look at it. The would mean that I had to take apart my desk to get at the tower. So much for a warranty on their work.

The agent listened to our problem and logically figured out a solution. Very efficient and competent. Our problem was with wi-fi.
