Very competent service and friendly too. Got what I needed.

Two BestBuy Agents installed my very large device in a wonderful way. Everything was carefully and quickly done. They arrived at the time expected; It was a rainy day, so both agents wore coverings over their shoes to avoid harming the carpets on my wooden floor. That thoughtfulness is an example of the very high level of service that you can count on when you shop and get computing device support at BESTBUY. Dr R

The agent arrived with no diagnostic gear, saying his truck was in the shop. Seems odd to make a service call with no gear. It became apparent that I would have to bring in the computer to Best Buy. A further appointment was made for this, and I brought in the computer, where the assessment made was that I would have to send the computer to Apple for a fix. So Geek Squad did not accomplish the task on either occasion, but to their credit, I was not charged for the 2nd visit. The original agent was personable enough, and addressed some other issues not related to the original purpose of the appointment. So not totally in vain. I guess.

I bought the computer at Best Buy had 2 or 3 service techs assisted me. The tech that came to install and hook everything up was wonderful. He was patience with all my questions.

Agent did an excellent job of installing an converter and was very patient in responding to my numerous questions. Was easy to work with Richard and would readily recommend him, Geek Squad and BestBuy to anyone!

After several attempts from other geek squad techs, Tyler was able to set up our computer the way we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

My Maytag dryer would not operate. Technicians called and arrived earlier than appointment time (appreciated). After a few minutes elapsed, the solution was determined, my dryer was fixed and I thanked them for their exceptional service.

Task involved resetting Logins and PWs that screwups by Xfinity/Comcast and Microsoft had created. Suggest that at departure your GEEKS leave the old and often confused User with a standard form showing all relevant Logins and PWs for ongoing reference. ogins and passwords for several devices. GEEK Agent `Diego` was very helpful in untangling messes made by Xfinity and Comcast. It would help if your agent could save all Login and PWs, existing or as changed, on a standard form for ongoing User reference. This would surely help us old folks who tend to get confused/forgetful and create new messes on our fussy computers! eferencee

Geek agent arrived on time and did an excellent job installing my computer monitor.

Agent very knowledgeable and able to answer any question relating to our computer restart and not making us feel like we were asking silly questions.

The Geek Squad representative came to my house and resolved all issues and difficulties I was having with my computer. Professional and patient. In all my dealings with Best Buy, however, I had to make an appointment and request a home visit. I had to do this because the telephone assistance was terrible. The techs hung in me twice. Thank goodness for David who really helped me out
