Task involved resetting Logins and PWs that screwups by Xfinity/Comcast and Microsoft had created. Suggest that at departure your GEEKS leave the old and often confused User with a standard form showing all relevant Logins and PWs for ongoing reference. ogins and passwords for several devices. GEEK Agent `Diego` was very helpful in untangling messes made by Xfinity and Comcast. It would help if your agent could save all Login and PWs, existing or as changed, on a standard form for ongoing User reference. This would surely help us old folks who tend to get confused/forgetful and create new messes on our fussy computers! eferencee

I’ve been using computers for a long time. I’ve owned and still own computerized embroidery sewing machines. I’ve learned a lot about the software for these machines. But sometime things are beyond me. When I get stumped with machine I give it up for a while. But for all other issues I will rely on the Geek Squad!
