Geek Squad/Drew - Great Job

Drew explained what he was doing and why! He patiently listened to my concerns and provided great options. I even had a question but forgot what it was not realizing he had already provided a fix that would greatly reduce "popup ads". He removed One Launch which immediately reduced pop up ads!!!!! Thanks Drew. DET

Geek squad initial visit was good

My only issue was that just an hour was scheduled for this help. I had questions that we couldn't address fully. I guess I will have to go to someone else for further help.
