Geek guy got our computer and email working efficiently

Pleasant person. Answered all my questions about my new chrome book. Connected everything and explained all the apps. Let me try the chrome book after everything was done.

I forget the name of the guy that came round and sorted out my computer but he did what no one else could. I had to install a program for work and then link it so it would be identified by another program. I have Windows 11. Other people at work had the same program and were told by other computer tecno’s that it wasn’t compatible with Windows 11. The Geek squad guy did it and cleared up another problem I was having at the same time. So a big thanks to whoever it was that came round and sorted.

Geek Squad agent Josh Hines did a great job in fixing an e-mail issue between Outlook and Suddenlink that was driving me crazy.
