the guy was very nice and did not waste my time, he looked at it and said I would have to take it in.

Jeremiah went above and beyond to ensure my family had what we needed to have great internet service throughout our home. He made recommendations and even brought the items to our home and set them up. I am very pleased with the attention to detail that he demonstrated while providing excellent customer service. I couldn’t send emails out as the computer stated it didn’t recognize my password even tho the password was in the computer files. Turned out somehow another email with similar name was somehow in the computer. Tech found it and deleted it. Problem solved.

The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. My only issue was that just an hour was scheduled for this help. I had questions that we couldn't address fully. I guess I will have to go to someone else for further help.

The agent, Raymond, helped me with questions about my laptop. The only thing I was disappointed about is that Total Tech will no longer allow free home visits for assistance. I pay more since it changed from Geek Squad and removed the free visits. If it costs more, rather than taking away items, they should have just added more things.

We moved and have an older Alexa. For some reason we just could not get it to connect to our wifi. We watched YouTube videos and did research on our own to no avail. I made an appointment and although it was stubborn Ethan did get it connected and he was incredibly personable . Anyone who has moved or is older like we are should check into the benefits of Geek Squad. For us purchasing GeekSquad support has been our best buy of the year.

I forget the name of the guy that came round and sorted out my computer but he did what no one else could. I had to install a program for work and then link it so it would be identified by another program. I have Windows 11. Other people at work had the same program and were told by other computer tecno’s that it wasn’t compatible with Windows 11. The Geek squad guy did it and cleared up another problem I was having at the same time. So a big thanks to whoever it was that came round and sorted.

Removed the old dryer and installed the new Electric Dryer. Professional and did a great job.
