Geek Squad cleaned up my computer at my house. He explained things and answered questions. Chris installed my computer when it was new; I requested him and Geek Squad sent him.

The agent accomplished the task of repairing my computer. He was cordial, but wanted to get the job done fast and exit. I am a total tech menber and I believe that this at home service should be included in the membership. I could not reslolve my problems over the phone or at the Best Buy near me. My last resort was to pay over $100 for an in home repair. Really disappointed it is not part of the service package that I have been a member for 17 years.

The agents synched my new Imac pro laptop from my old laptop and also to my iphone. Very professional and considerate of my wife's and my time.

Your Tech agent came to my house and did as much as he could in the time allotted to him to put my system more or less the way it used to be before it decided to stop and the Geek Squad person in Coeur d'Alene got it to start again... but I still need more help to get my system to what it was before the stupid thing decided to not open! As far as I am concerned between Microsoft and Google that are always updating this and that, they create more problems... I sure wish Windows XP were available... best Window product there has been so far, Windows 7 was not too bad, Windows 8 stunk, and now Windows 10 also stinks!
