The Agent figured out the issue with hooking my printer up my computer, and it worked great!

Zion swapped out my old printer, which had trouble connecting with the computer, and installed another printer. Since it was the same MODEL as the old one, it took awhile to gain clarity that it was the same, yet different -- but he wrestled that "alligator" to the ground. Go, Zion. Geek Squad and the Personal Protection program ROCK!

The agent mounted my Tv and connected all my devices. He showed me how to use the remote controls. He showed my exactly what channels I could receive and how to select them. He installed a longer cable wire and mounted it above the door so I would never trip on it. He was easily understood.

We did have to wait for best buy to schedule the initial appoint two weeks but or tech was great his first visit he told us the part that went bad the second visit he installed . He made it very convenient after such a long wait from best buy. My daufhter is now doing her virtual school with no problem. Thank you!

Agent solved the problem I was having and followed through to make sure it didn't reoccur. Then enabled an older desk top that you cleaned up recently to communicate with my newest printer. This older unit has technical information in it that I needed to print out.
