Fixed my email acct

Turned out somehow another email with similar name was somehow in the computer. Tech found it and deleted it. Problem solved.

Then enabled an older desk top that you cleaned up recently to communicate with my newest printer. This older unit has technical information in it that I needed to print out.

Called the dAY prior to the appt to see what the issues were, gave a prospective time frame, and when he came, he reviewed the hardware w my brother and his recommendations... and then took time to call me to let me know the outcome and his recommendations! (brother disabled and computers really old/defunct)... Thanks a million to Luis who deserves highest accolades!
