The agent "Zee" , was Awesome! He came in asked me what was going on with my computer and i told him i had no internet. He checked a few things, ran a few things but they didnt work. He went to my Wifi and turned off, uninstalled my driver, reinstalled and i was back up and running! YAY

Chad is a great Geek. He understood the “problem “ and solved it quickly.

Work was fine. The only (repeat) issue has been trying to fit what I wanted into the categories offered by the call center. Seemed I needed a choice that overlapped categories since the tech coming to the house needs to budget their time according to those limited categories.

Michael was our technician and did an excellent job addressing and fixing all of our issues after a complete reset. Also, about 3 or 4 weeks prior to this Joseph was our technician for our initial appointment. I didn’t get his review in on time but he knew exactly what our problem was and got us set up for the in store repair. Both of these gentleman are very good, (5 star plus)
