Geek squad backed up my contacts to a safe place.

He showed me how to download large video files & pictures from my i-phone using an external plug-in device with a memory card. Excellent service with plain language technical explanation and a perfect on-time appointment.

They are amazing and great fun to watch them work. Wow!

I called for the Geek Squad to come to our house to see if I installed our wifi wrong or the service company could service correctly. They where at the house twice. the young man from the squad had it fixed in less than an hour.

Geek Squad got our pc up and running again

Also, about 3 or 4 weeks prior to this Joseph was our technician for our initial appointment. I didn’t get his review in on time but he knew exactly what our problem was and got us set up for the in store repair. Both of these gentleman are very good, (5 star plus)

Geek Squad to the rescue!!

There's no way I could have delved into the setting expertise that he was able to provide me with. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I was glad to have Total Tech service because of the convenience of having a technician come to my home.
