Geek Squad at Best Buy at Southpoint did an excellent job in checking out my desktop and laptop computers and my two external drives. They removed some external access software and deemed my system safe and clean. The two days they had my systems was well worth it.

Called the dAY prior to the appt to see what the issues were, gave a prospective time frame, and when he came, he reviewed the hardware w my brother and his recommendations... and then took time to call me to let me know the outcome and his recommendations! (brother disabled and computers really old/defunct)... Thanks a million to Luis who deserves highest accolades!

the agent deleted Bing and now my computer is running great

David came to my home and spent over an hour trying to connect a pc peripheral that I had purchased. As it turned out it wasn’t compatible with my software. I returned it and received a refund. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

The service rep Matt kept me informed of his arrival time, arrived on time and fixed all the computer issues I was experiencing. He also asked how things were going with some of the other installation services he provided a year earlier. Very happy with the in-person Geek Squad service. The over-the-phone service is mediocre to poor.

The tech that worked on my computer situation was really quite friendly and very talented in dealing with my problem. After he got me on the right track (the newest ALOC field) so I could get somewhat more able to learn it somewhat easier than I was "using" at the time. I even went to Best Buy to share my feeling about that person with the others "on duty" at the store.

Dwight was extremely patient w/me and also he was quite knowledgeable. Next time I call Geek Squad I will request him. He's a sweetheart!

Jeremiah was prompt and helpful. He helped set up a printer driver to print from my laptop.
