    Had long term ptoblem with PC and home networking. Tech did an excellent job and repairing several problem. The router I had stopped working. The tech replaced it with a new mesh network from eero and all problems have bee resolved.

    I had to get a new computer as my old one was dying. I was upset to hear it did not have enough memory to store everything on my old so had to buy more memory. The computer is a good fit, just trying to adjust to no mouse again, my choice as it is better for your neck. Also having to learn Windows 11 and everything be stored on onedrive. I am very "Old School!
