    I became a yearly member of the Geek Squad In Home Service and have never regretted it. They are the best and get the job done correctly and with out any trouble.

    Our Geek Squad service member Evan installed a TV remote, installed streaming services on several TV's that we couldn't figure out, connected scanning ability on our printers and implemented voice command ability to my smart garage door opener. Also, as a result of Evan's counsel to maintain our systems we purchased a new TV, laptop and Fire Sticks from our local Best Buy store.

    This is the second time I have had a Geek Squad technician come to my apartment and fix the problem with my computer. They are amazing and great fun to watch them work. Wow!

    checked my lap top for viruses and helped me find settings that were causig me difficulties . Overall trying to deal with constant softward updates is an ongoing stress; trying to adapt to new procedures is mentally exhausting and emotionally taxing. Geek Squad avaialbility critical for peace of mind with technology shoving us ahead mindlessly

    Matthew came out because I was having problems with my computer. It needed to be replaced. He helped me select a new one and set the new one up.He was very helpful, professional, and arrived on time. I couldn't ask for better service
