Work was fine. The only (repeat) issue has been trying to fit what I wanted into the categories offered by the call center. Seemed I needed a choice that overlapped categories since the tech coming to the house needs to budget their time according to those limited categories.

Our Geek Squad service member Evan installed a TV remote, installed streaming services on several TV's that we couldn't figure out, connected scanning ability on our printers and implemented voice command ability to my smart garage door opener. Also, as a result of Evan's counsel to maintain our systems we purchased a new TV, laptop and Fire Sticks from our local Best Buy store.
