Brian along with his vast knowledge of computers has been a your asset and joy to work with. Always on time on positive about what my problems are. I am visually impaired and have numerus add on to my desktop to help me see and use it. He is always helping me understand along with making recommendations that also help me using the computer. As a veteran I have technical computer service with the local VA at no charge. I prefer to pay Best Buy Geek Service and Brian. Hopefully Brian is respected at his work. Thanks

I took my MacBook Pro 16 to the Geek Squad because my e-mails were being automatically deleted - sometime even before both my husband and I had a chance to read them since we read them at different times. They worked on the laptop and believed they took care of the problem. BUT 2 day later....SAME PROBLEM. After checking reviews, it seems this is an inherent Apple problem which Apple seems unable to correct.

I had been trying to get my computer connected to dual monitors, extending the display area. But no matter which connector I tried, I was only getting a duplicate display. In taking with the Geek Squad agents before hand, she was able to diagnose the issue and arrive the next day with the correct accessory.

The agent did an excellent job ensuring my new computer could interact with devices used in connection with my old computer, took the time to explain how these devices now work through Windows 11, and also got my old printer set up on the new computer. Agent was very pleasant as he demonstrated a test of each device to ensure everything worked well and explained how it worked! For a non-computer savvy type person this was great!!
