Apple's problem - not the Geek Squad's problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I took my MacBook Pro 16 to the Geek Squad because my e-mails were being automatically deleted - sometime even before both my husband and I had a chance to read them since we read them at different times. They worked on the laptop and believed they took care of the problem. BUT 2 day later....SAME PROBLEM. After checking reviews, it seems this is an inherent Apple problem which Apple seems unable to correct.

He explained what was happening and how he recommended managing it in layman’s terms. I highly recommend using the Geek Squad for all your software and hardware needs.

Geek Squad set up AOL accounts and printer

She’s very knowledgeable, but not hesitant to read Apple papers on the process. I learned how to print directly from my IPad bypassing new IMAC after we enabled my printer to do so without air print. We cleaned up my AOL and ICloud settings, and changed several passwords in AOL account.

Incompatible hardware

As it turned out it wasn’t compatible with my software. I returned it and received a refund. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.
