Router installation went well, but a few days later a router update attempted to install and changed our privacy settings. We called the geek squad back and they were able to get everything up and running again! Great team!

Patrick Mulhern did an amazing job of explaining to me all the functions of the Canon Printer/Scanner/Copier. He also explained the functions of my Zoom camera. Patrick also showed me how to download songs from I-Tunes. His patience with me was greatly appreciated. He and Cesar Ocampo at the Glades Avenue Store are my "Go-To" persons when I need assistance. They are the BEST!!

I'd called for the technician to come out to repair what needed to be fixed in order to restore computer's audio. As it turned out, he didn't have to come out and I was mortified. The speaker wasn't turned on.

Agent was great! Helped us with the setup of our new router and set up all our wireless printers for printing not only from computers but our smart phones. We weren’t aware one printer of 3 was even wireless! He answered so many of our tech questions and helped sync our blue tooth devices to my husband’s hearing aids. He was kind, patient and friendly. The amount of problems he solved and questions he answered during this home visit was worth the cost of the Tech Subscription alone!
