He helped me select a new one and set the new one up.He was very helpful, professional, and arrived on time. I couldn't ask for better service

He also explained the functions of my Zoom camera. Patrick also showed me how to download songs from I-Tunes. His patience with me was greatly appreciated. He and Cesar Ocampo at the Glades Avenue Store are my "Go-To" persons when I need assistance. They are the BEST!!
