i think your staff is amazing,, it is the easiest thing to follow on the whole works,, the guys are polite, helpful and best of all don't talk down to you.. i am 87 and really get confused with this new age.. they are great. when they are done i feel that I CAN DO That,, which is a marvelous feeling.. keep up the good work.. i am one of those people who has to see what to do,so explaining really doesn't help.. thank you for the best organized group on my computer..

Anytime we have used the Geek Squad, my husband and I have been very pleased. Everyone is knowledgeable, polite and very pleasant. Work is completed in a very efficient manor. It is a genuine pleasure to have them in our home. My husband is a disabled vet and it is very difficult for him to to get to the store.

Michelle was wonderful as expected. She worked on my problem for some time and we decided it was not a problem with my system or computer. She tried to get the fax function on my new Epson printer to answer a call but was unable to succeed. She offered to contact the Fax Geek and see what she could discover. It is probable a software glitch and she was not able to discover how it was blocking the answer function. Michelle is a great Geek and I will be happy to use her in the future for my electronic and computer needs.

The Geek Squad agent did a great job with my new computer. After buying a new computer and having my old files and information uploaded to the new one, I could not get the new computer to start up correctly. I returned the computer to the store where it started up great. The agent came out and discovered that the cable from the screen was not working 100 percent. he replaced the cable , and it worked great.

I needed help understanding my smart TV. Things were "out of order" after a recent service call from my cable company. I could not get the TV back to the original settings. The Best Buy tech was amazing. And very patient with me. A really nice man.

The agent setup my computer so it could print and installed office and checked out the computer so that it was operating properly.
