The Geek Squad agent did a great job with my new computer. After buying a new computer and having my old files and information uploaded to the new one, I could not get the new computer to start up correctly. I returned the computer to the store where it started up great. The agent came out and discovered that the cable from the screen was not working 100 percent. he replaced the cable , and it worked great.

Chad was EXCELLENT!!! He discovered the problem with my husband’s computer and was able to fix everything with what was creating the problems. We are seniors and not always as tech savvy, but Chad was very kind and patient in working with my husband and answering all of his questions.

Set up was smooth and seamless. On time, called to confirm.

We had an odd combination of trying to get old CD's burned and into a format that could be played through our Bose Soundtouch speakers. While we were not able to do what we wanted with the CD's, we did get set-up via Spotify which will take care of us.

I had to take my old computer in, and after looking at it a few minutes, tech determine I needed a new computer. Tech did a fabulous job of transferring everything, except he did not install Webroot, which I have had with Best Buy every time I purchase a computer there, and there have been a few. Also, my on-site tech helped fix some small things like initial cap my name in my programs, etc.
