Terrific tech. No nonsense and worked hard to solve my computer problems. It is better than new. No hyperbole? He was very good.

This was the "reinstall" visit. The first visit was troubleshooting, after which the technician determined that I needed to take it to the store for repair. He tore the system down. I was delighted that the same technician was the one who came to reinstall, so it was quick and easy. He even had time to answer a few tech questions for my dummie brain.

John was very efficient and courteous and fixed the problems I was having with my computer.

Agent helped me with old computer and came back when I purchased a new one and installed. Then helped with a few questions about the iPad we purchased.

The agent resolved all my computer issues with me.

Our agent was attentive and answered all our questions. He took the time to check and repair the necessary problems.

I had to take my old computer in, and after looking at it a few minutes, tech determine I needed a new computer. Tech did a fabulous job of transferring everything, except he did not install Webroot, which I have had with Best Buy every time I purchase a computer there, and there have been a few. Also, my on-site tech helped fix some small things like initial cap my name in my programs, etc.

The agent disconnected Xfinity and connected T-Mobile WiFi. Then he set up Roku. Your agents always go above and beyond what is required and I really appreciate that since I'm a senior citizen and sometimes I have trouble going from one piece of technology to another. That's why I don't have Total Support.

"Double Agent Kyle Brewer" fixed a problem on my computer in a relatively few minutes that I had spent over 5 hours (2 phone calls) trying to solve on the phone with Geek Squad agents overseas. He was polite, efficient, said complementary things about how I maintained my computer. In-home service is a much better arrangement that trying to talk with people who don't speak English. I'll definitely use it again and hope I get Kyle.
