Darnell came to install 3 Roku devices and show us how to use them and he was the epitome of patience .He taught how to use the remote 3 times ( 3 different people who are slow at electrical things) and with good humor. Very kind person who made it seem easy and told us we could call if we still needed help. the kind of person you want to help you.

i think your staff is amazing,, it is the easiest thing to follow on the whole works,, the guys are polite, helpful and best of all don't talk down to you.. i am 87 and really get confused with this new age.. they are great. when they are done i feel that I CAN DO That,, which is a marvelous feeling.. keep up the good work.. i am one of those people who has to see what to do,so explaining really doesn't help.. thank you for the best organized group on my computer..

Took 3 service geeks at my house to finally say we needed a new monitor. They all tried different ways to fix the problem. I was very disappointed that my total tech membership changed and we were charged for a house visit.

Geek Squad went over my computer and cleaned up what I did not need. He answered all of my questions and problems that needed to be answered.

Since I bought a smart TV from Besr Buy and the Geek Squad membership, i have been extremely pleased with the service. The Squad members are so knowledgeable and professional. All the electronic devises,from my cell phone to my Ring doorbell have been serviced. This has made my life easier as i am somewhat challenged by technological issues.

Knowledgeable tech, very helpful, knew what I wanted even though I probably didn't use the right terms..... Only issue was with the rep that took my order. She had 2 techs coming because I mentioned "internet". I cancelled cable and needed to take box back and wanted to make sure I didn't mess up internet if I disconnected myself...

The agent gave me honest advice about a computer that had outlived its lifespan and options for retrieving and saving the data that is on it. He also followed up with some advice on how to use our Sonos speakers with Apple TV, which was an easy fix with the right information. Really appreciate his help.
