Made my life easier with all electronic issues

The Squad members are so knowledgeable and professional. All the electronic devises,from my cell phone to my Ring doorbell have been serviced. This has made my life easier as i am somewhat challenged by technological issues.

Whats the Deal, Mr. Mansger?

We disagreed with what my service provided. But when I went "online," and then spoke to an agent via phone, all was good and I got my repair completed in my home.

His name is Nicolas Elkoussa and he works for BestBuy's Geek Squad. Nic is a very skilled, capable technician and works well with the owner that hirers the Squad. I gave him a list of things to do and each one of them turned out very well. I highly recommend both he and the work he does to help you get the results you want.

Good Job

Only issue was with the rep that took my order. She had 2 techs coming because I mentioned "internet". I cancelled cable and needed to take box back and wanted to make sure I didn't mess up internet if I disconnected myself...

Router upgrade with a happy ending!

We called the geek squad back and they were able to get everything up and running again! Great team!
