How one technician can be so skilled amazes me, Jonathan has made service calls for my desktop because I regularly manage to mess up the ASUS. No matter what kind of knots I get myself tied into he shows up on time, ready to go, and full of suggestions Geek Squad is well staffed with this great guy. Friendly, Patient and Communicating.

The partial repair took two techs. Tech one left and printer no longer worked. Tech two was able to get printer working now the remaining problem is my "skylight" no longer works. I believe the problem is the new modem that was installed

My printer was not working after I had put in new ink. The young man got it connected to my computer with my wifi password and had the printer do 3 cleanings of the print heads. That cleared up the fuzziness that I had been experiencing. He assured me that the clarity would improve with use, which it has.

I believe the Geek Squad is one of the best parts of Best Buy. Of course I also believe the sales crews in other parts of the store are very valuable assets of Best Buy … but the Geeks who have helped me throughout the years have consistently impressed me!

Had a TV, Apple TV and Soundbar installed last month. There were some troubleshooting some issues with functions not working. The Tech that came out not only fixed the issues but was very professional and knowledgeable. He left me some tips as well in case other issues arise in the future

Printer easy to have help with someone that knows whst they are doing

When I bought a new printer I could not get it “easily installed”. I called Geek Squad. Problem had to do with the software that did not have files that were necessary to complete the install. Geek Squad knew exactly how to search for compatible software. This was a Microsoft issue.

The service was great, on time and a quick solution.

Geek Squad came to the house to fix/check out my PC. Ben did a super job sorting things out for me with my PC and also did some adjusting on my IPhone so that everything was in good working order. I cannot say enough good things about the Geek Squad and how they make life easier for us when dealing with technology. Polite and very knowledgable and a group I would not want to be without.

The GEEK SQUAD member quickly understood the problem with my PC, having been hacked, and few in a short time had removed the introduced virus/problem software and then proceeded to add additional protections. Also, help remove unwarranted bit of data that had signiicantly slowed my PC. Great work!

Blend did an outstanding job of installing my software and explaining what I need to know and do. He updated my browsers and cleared a lot of temporary files as well. Blend is very personable and professional.
