not completly happy

Tech two was able to get printer working now the remaining problem is my "skylight" no longer works. I believe the problem is the new modem that was installed

I have called them to help me with a problem with my TV, and they are so good at walking me through the necessary steps to a satisfactory solution. They have come to my house for computer problems a couple times during Covid wearing masks and always wear shoe covers during the time in my home. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Eero connected and WiFi working again!

Geek Squad was thorough and helpful

He was able to get our apps up and running but 2 days later we lost the connection again. We believe it is a tv issue that the technician is not able to help with. He was extremely helpful, professional and we do recommend Geek Squad for all your device repairs!
