J.J. Jameson was and is an excellent in home service technician!

They were here on a second call to fix some issues on my computer to allow it to more easily play my photos and music. Some glitches remain but it’s pretty much where I want it.

The agent went over and above to assist with everything we asked.

Andrew was efficient and exemplary in installing my computer hardware and software. He was patient in explains how to use the technology. It us because of his customer service that I will definitely use the Geek Squad again and will recommend to my family and friends.

The agent updated the previous installation. Brandon is great, very professional.

The agent used my newly purchased DVD software to make some recordings and to show me how tp dp ot. He also organized several of the DVD recordings on to one dVD disk which we entitled "Catalog." The agent certainly knew the computer capability and he also had an excellent ear for the music!

Craydoun (SP) was knowledgeable, patient with my lack of tech know how; and personable. People have tried repeatedly to fix this complex issue I have been having with my network. He managed it in an hour. Whatever he is paid he deserves a raise! I’m dead serious.

Agent actually called me to tell me he had a family emergency and would not be able to come that day. He did however ask me some questions about my problem and guided me through the repairs that I did myself and resolved the problem that way. I really appreciated that he did that!!!

Love the Geek Squad! I have called them to help me with a problem with my TV, and they are so good at walking me through the necessary steps to a satisfactory solution. They have come to my house for computer problems a couple times during Covid wearing masks and always wear shoe covers during the time in my home. Couldn’t ask for better service.

You sent us a fine and patient young man, Alejandro Aguiar, to "fix" our computer. Questions abound as to "WHY" we can or cannot perform a function, yeah, even find it on the computer, when we have been using it for 100 years and, "It's never done this before." Well, when Alejandro, who filled the mandates of polite, super clean, and masked, exited the premises, everything worked just fine and is still. Thank you for the fine service.

My Geek Squad person set up my new printer and than spent a couple of hrs. showing me how to operate it. Thanks Geek Squad.

The svc rep arrived and was knowledgeable & personable. She explained the process to fix the issue so that I could understand and answered any additional questions I had.

The agent took care of connection issues and explained how Webroot functioned, getting an account set up. When I bought my PC, the store signed me up and I didn't realize I didn't have an actual account; Webroot functioned perfectly, updating, etc, even though I was 'unknown' to them. You have great people there; treat them well!
