The agent mounted my TV and connected it to all other devices. He was knowledgeable, courteous and every efficient. I was told all I needed to know to be able to work efficiently using my new Windows 11 program and to teach it to my wife. Thank you, Geek Squad!!

Carlos was cheerful and very competent. The issue he could not fix was something that had to be replaced. He carefully wrote down exactly what I needed to purchase to make it a painless shopping experience. I hope he will come back again. he is a competent and pleasant person with great customer relations chops!

I'm enjoying my new DELL Laptop very much! However, I would have loved my DVD player, as this PC doses' not have one. I need help with learning how to use my HP new printer. I wondered if my Best Buy geek quad tech would be able to make a house visit how to do it on my own. thanks, elizabeth mabardy

The agent transferred 2 of 3 search favorites from old to new computer. I will have to figure out how to get the third transferred. I went from no W-fi to a wi-fi computer but agent used item purchased to turn non-wi-fi into a wi-fi instead of connecting the right way. Advice from Best Buy sales staff instructed me how to correct this and it worked. Couldn't get two computers and printer to share or didn't try to. Had this prior to new computer. Very nice agent but disappointed that it cost me $100 to do what I probably could do and I joined the save money on visits offer. When you don't know what to ask for you really have to hope you have an agent who will offer what you need and explain it to you.

The agent was professional and took a while to tell me the bad news. Told me options to get it repaired.

My computer was upgraded in the store. After I got it home I had one of the geek representatives help me with some particular items that I needed help with. In both cases, at the store and home service, everything turned out great. I am glad I took the computer to the Geek Squad and that I continue my annual membership with them.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the young man who came to clean my computer. He did a complete check of the computer and took off things that were not important or needed. If I need any computer update, I would hope that Daniel would be the tech to help.

Jeremy was great help and knew Macs....Really appreciated his time and patience with me..... Cannot tell you how much I appreciate the "Geek Squad"...Always helpful when I go in to store..Most of my electronics are purchased from Best Buy...Also help with those that are not...Blessings to That Staff!!!
