Carlos was cheerful and very competent. The issue he could not fix was something that had to be replaced. He carefully wrote down exactly what I needed to purchase to make it a painless shopping experience. I hope he will come back again. he is a competent and pleasant person with great customer relations chops!

I'm enjoying my new DELL Laptop very much! However, I would have loved my DVD player, as this PC doses' not have one. I need help with learning how to use my HP new printer. I wondered if my Best Buy geek quad tech would be able to make a house visit how to do it on my own. thanks, elizabeth mabardy

jesse fixed our printer which was plugged in to our laptop to be able to print wireless from apple ipad,he was very knowlegeble on all tech and especially apple products.also very courteous and helpfull to answer all questions we had about our ipad and laptop,highly recommend jesse!

The agent inserted a device into my computer tower to get it working, He was insistent and worked with the computer for quite a while until it was working.

The agent assisted us in updating our various Apple devices so they all work in coordination. Agent also assisted us in obtaining several needed apps including maps for car play. As always, Agent Seth Jung was patient and professional.
