Solved problem I didn't know how to fix, quickly and courteously

The tech had my system running correctly very quickly. He was quite competent, as well as prompt and courteous.

The tech guy that came to our home was on time, professional and really knew his stuff. The problem was fixed and we are completely satisfied. Thank you.

Data that was loaded to a new computer was compromised somehow, so it had to be redone. The Geek Squad came to our home instead of our having to take the equipment to the store, and he answered all our questions. I would recommend the Geek Squad for all your computer needs.

Ms. Lyla (Geek Squad) uninstalled a computer that I purchased from Best BUY and she installed a new computer that I purchased from another store. I loved the HP computer that I purchase from Best Buy. The computer was cheaper at other places. I paid extra for good customer service. Best Buy's customer service is not good.

My computer was upgraded in the store. After I got it home I had one of the geek representatives help me with some particular items that I needed help with. In both cases, at the store and home service, everything turned out great. I am glad I took the computer to the Geek Squad and that I continue my annual membership with them.

Computer mouse was not working. Tech explained that the battery was being drained, and showed me how to avoid this problem. All has worked wonderfully since his visit.

Your folks came and connected all my devices after I moved into a new home. They did inform me you are making changes to your TotalTech program that are not positive changes for your customers. I am very sad and disappointed about that.
