The agent was professional and took a while to tell me the bad news. Told me options to get it repaired.

The agent transferred 2 of 3 search favorites from old to new computer. I will have to figure out how to get the third transferred. I went from no W-fi to a wi-fi computer but agent used item purchased to turn non-wi-fi into a wi-fi instead of connecting the right way. Advice from Best Buy sales staff instructed me how to correct this and it worked. Couldn't get two computers and printer to share or didn't try to. Had this prior to new computer. Very nice agent but disappointed that it cost me $100 to do what I probably could do and I joined the save money on visits offer. When you don't know what to ask for you really have to hope you have an agent who will offer what you need and explain it to you.

The Geek squad agent(Tyler) worked hard to repair my very old computer. Finally I decided that I'd be happier with a new computer. Tyler brought me a new Dell computer and transferred the data from the old computer to the new one, I was so happy to have the new computer.

He did a fine job but, when the technician and I both had our heads close together looking under the sink, I noticed that he was sweating and looked very unwell. The following day, I had COVID. I cannot be for sure that he gave it to me as I had a doctor's appointment the following morning (all masked up) but can you please ensure that technicians wear masks when they come into your customer's homes.

the tech was wonderful connected the bluetooth speaker, explained instructions as to how to use spent time with us to make sure we understood you need to understand we are in our late 70's and are not too savvy with all the new devices available which is why we have a geek squad tech come to our home so we can enjoy the up to date equipment
