My telephone/answering That added to the fact that when the TV is on, the number shows on the screen.device went belly-up so I purchased another from Best Buy. It was a 2 phone sat with a base/answering station. The part I really like is that it screens calls for me - spotting robocalls and not letting them through.

Your folks came and connected all my devices after I moved into a new home. They did inform me you are making changes to your TotalTech program that are not positive changes for your customers. I am very sad and disappointed about that.

He did a fine job but, when the technician and I both had our heads close together looking under the sink, I noticed that he was sweating and looked very unwell. The following day, I had COVID. I cannot be for sure that he gave it to me as I had a doctor's appointment the following morning (all masked up) but can you please ensure that technicians wear masks when they come into your customer's homes.

The geek squad did some minor tuneups on my laptop and created several shortcuts for me.

It is great to have Geek Squad help when I needed them. I had many problems with my Lenovo Desktop and Brian from Geek Squad solved the problems. Thanks to Carlos Ochoa who understood the problems I was having and collaborated with Geek Squad to help solve the problem!

Geek Squad tech very competent and efficient. Installed SSD Drive and then did data transfer. Had to leave before finished to go to another job. Left Dual Hard Drive Data Transfer unit running. Finished within the hour. unit still here - needs to come get it.
