I was doing my taxes and encountered problems with my Dell Desktop computer. Agent Devin came to my aid and I was able to complete my State and Federal taxes.

Our agent was Reece Beightel and he was excellent! He knew exactly what to do to hook up all your equipment and made suggestions when we asked to add additional devices we needed. I would request him again if we needed the Geek Squad to come to our house.

Geek Squad tech very competent and efficient. Installed SSD Drive and then did data transfer. Had to leave before finished to go to another job. Left Dual Hard Drive Data Transfer unit running. Finished within the hour. unit still here - needs to come get it.

It was a 2 phone sat with a base/answering station. The part I really like is that it screens calls for me - spotting robocalls and not letting them through.
