He is the best, and deserves a bonus for his knowledge, and skills.

Geek Squad in-home tech fixed computer mouse.

Device support

David also helped with downloading videos from my phone They were very helpful and I would advise anyone to use the Geek Squad.

Service to my Samsung TV

In order to hear it correctly I had to raise the audio to at least 60. I was also having trouble getting on to Verizon Happily, Gallo solved my tv problems quickly and gave me good advice on how to navigate the TV.

GeekSquad is great!

Fixed our phone - we had not had a landline for 4 weeks. Explained clearly what he did to fix everything. We were very impressed and happy that everything was working again!

He suggested I record a video when this occurs and contact Comcast to resolve it.

I took my computer in for a check-up and since it was so old, they advised me that it was not going to last too long. So, I bought a new CPU and they loaded it with the software that I purchased. I appreciate their honesty.
