Excellent. The sound on my Tv was not working correctly. In order to hear it correctly I had to raise the audio to at least 60. I was also having trouble getting on to Verizon Happily, Gallo solved my tv problems quickly and gave me good advice on how to navigate the TV.

The Geek Squad transferred my data to the new computer but when I installed the Office 2021 package from the Microsoft website, i encountered a few problems with changes to some of the data. The service technician came out and fixed the problems so that the system and components are working. Still not 100% but functioning okay.

David and Michael helped with an issue with storage space on One Drive, which I never liked and now I have plenty of storage for pictures and documents. David also helped with downloading videos from my phone They were very helpful and I would advise anyone to use the Geek Squad.
