The Geek Squad gentleman was very competent and he knew just how to fix the problem

Agent Wilson came to my home to review my wifi network settings, sharing and connections to my new laptop. This is my second appointment with Wilson and I've found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. When he left, he had addressed all of my questions and provided actions for each. Much appreciated!

Juan was amazing - clear and concise on the issues and the options for repair vs replacement. On time, thorough and exceedingly nice.

I was having a problem with the WiFi being weak at times. The Geek Squad technician had a solution if I would purchase a distributed WiFi package. Price was very reasonable to get the WiFi working really well. Installation was completed quickly. Results have been very good. I could tell the technician really liked working for geek Squad. Nice.

The technician who fixed our problem with Microsoft Office was exceptionally helpful, not only in getting our network functioning properly but also in providing additional information about the system and checking our router.

The person cleaned out my computer and gave good advice on questions that I asked.

Geek Squad tech Martin Brennan was on time. Very nice and professional. I got a new computer at Best Buy so he helped me transfer my data from my old computer to the new one. He also went over my new computer with me.

This particular geek agent showed me how to do a lot of things, he also let me try them myself to reinforce how to do them. He also fixed some things that got deleted after my last home visit. He is the best of all geek people that I have had at my home.

I'm a total tech member, and I'm so glad I am. Anytime I've had to call about issues on any of my electronics or appliances, they had me squared away in no time, even if a repair man had to come to my home.

The Geek Squad repairman was excellent in diagnosing the problem with the monitor and also instructing me on certain aspects of it.

Nathanael Roberts completed my annual computer tune up, checked out a problem I was having with an application, and finally removed an application I no longer wanted. Since I had little knowledge of this second application, I was reluctant to remove it myself. He always does a complete job and answers and resolves any questions I have.

Chris was able to fix WiFi problems that have been going on for YEARS! I have had Comcast techs here one after another to no avail yet as soon as I described the problem Christian knew exactly how to fix it! Our entire household WiFi has NEVER worked this well! He also fixed my Ring doorbell and Sonos speaker.. my home is so happy now! Best Buy Squad is the BEST! Thank you SO much!

TV did not need to be mounted just set-up. I tried setting up myself and had difficulty. Geek Squad knew exactly what to do. He not only got my TV set-up but also educated me on how to easily move around using the remote accessing different functions. I will never try to set anything else up...I will stay stress-free and call the Geek Squad!
