The person cleaned out my computer and gave good advice on questions that I asked.

The agent set up my new computer and printer and showed me some of the new features that come with Windows 11. He also removed the hard drive from our old computer so we can safely recycle it! A great experience!

Geek Squad know their stuff! He came back when I had some problems after not using computer in months due to medical problems. He knew exactly what I needed done, and completed it. Very happy with his work.

When I first moved here - I needed to have my whole PC system set up and I set up the apt with our Geek Squad to do just that. The fine gentleman came and did a superb job of connected all of my hardware together so that everything was working within an hour. I couldn't have asked for more.

TheTechnician was able to to get Outlook back onto my computer and then show me how to put my contacts back in along with how to make new folders. Microsoft made some updates and just messed up our computer.

BestBuy saved me a lot of money on the installation of my A95l installation. Thank you for I appreciate.

Brock got my wife's printer working, then "cleaned up" both of our computers [one Mac and one PC]. He answered all our questions [and was very gracious in answering our stupid questions]! If we ever need the Geek Squad again, we'll ask for him by name!

It was excellent and informative. The tech new what to do and was patient with a senior citizen and gave good explanations on what he was doing. In addition due to my age I don't like to drive through the Gorge.

The technician who fixed our problem with Microsoft Office was exceptionally helpful, not only in getting our network functioning properly but also in providing additional information about the system and checking our router.

Brian O. went the extra distance in selecting the best speakers for my computer. I could never expect more from the Geek squad and the Best Buy associate that aided in purchasing total care and upgrades to my computer.

HP Pavillion Check up and Windows Diagnostics to Make Sure that Everything I had Been Doing was A-Ok since I Haven't done anything In a few Months and He Said Nothing Is amiss I've Got things Looking Clear and Well Protected With A Very Good Plan - So Far, So Good !

Geek Squad tech Martin Brennan was on time. Very nice and professional. I got a new computer at Best Buy so he helped me transfer my data from my old computer to the new one. He also went over my new computer with me.
