Agent reviewed all my disparate and older technology and unified them all to provide me with a modern efficient reliable system. He checked all my systems to ensure that they were all working properly.

The Geek techs were pleasant to work with. They arrived on time as promised. They zeroed in on my issue and provided input in resolving the problem. It was a satisfactory experience and I would not hesitate to call on them again for help.

Oren really understands how Apple Machines. He fixed a critical error made by a Geek Squad person who suggested I did not have to enter my apple machine's PW. This screwed me up for months. He also showed that my Express VPN was too slow to use with my bank in Chicago. This saved me about $25 every year without any loss of privacy to my Chicago Bank.

Could not of done without help of the Geek Squad. I will always keep my membership with him. They understand what we needed and what would work best in my house

Geek squad is good. Some of them don't want to be there, but most of the staff is good , helpful and honest. As for desktops, refrigerators, laptop and whatever else I have bought there it's all good. Staff extremely helpful.

He was great. He understood my request and went to work quickly Before he left, he made sure the printer, scanner and fax worked properly. Awesome!

When I first moved here - I needed to have my whole PC system set up and I set up the apt with our Geek Squad to do just that. The fine gentleman came and did a superb job of connected all of my hardware together so that everything was working within an hour. I couldn't have asked for more.

Mr. Devon Lavis was courteous and professional : he identified the problem promptly and advised me how to proceed to avoid further mishaps until I make the transition to Window #11. I am expecting to hear from him regarding this matter.

HP Pavillion Check up and Windows Diagnostics to Make Sure that Everything I had Been Doing was A-Ok since I Haven't done anything In a few Months and He Said Nothing Is amiss I've Got things Looking Clear and Well Protected With A Very Good Plan - So Far, So Good !

The agent was able to fix my computer and he saved me money by telling me that the firewall I purchased had not been installed like another agent said it was. I was able to get my money back from the credit card company.

Agent checked my sons desktop computer and was able to fix it and get it working again. Plus he showed me what the issue was so if it happens again I can fix it myself. Super friendly and helpful! So happy to have this computer working again!

Jose Nino did his usual excellent job connecting my iPhone and printer to my computer. Jose is very skilled. He explained everything and answered all of my questions.

My computer hadn't been letting me into any websites for a long time. I kept getting the message that it couldn't establish a secure connection. The Geek Squad didn't have to think, he just went to work and in no time (it seemed like!) he had everything working the way it was supposed to. I had no clue what to do on my own. He was worth his weight in gold!

The technician diagnosed quickly and got the system up and running in short. I had several questions which he answered promptly and gave me some recommendations for the future that I requested.

Sales guy was top notch. I explained what I wanted, he got it, made sure that all collateral products were added in, got the shipping info correct and I was on my way. My car was double parked outside and he got me in and out of the store in record time. Product (new HP computer) was delivered, everything was there. Best Buy is where my wife and I shop for all our TV and computer needs.
