They where great and got my computer working better than ever.

The Geek techs were pleasant to work with. They arrived on time as promised. They zeroed in on my issue and provided input in resolving the problem. It was a satisfactory experience and I would not hesitate to call on them again for help.

David G. is the best employee that Geek Squad has. He always knows what to do and also sometimes cleans up trash on the system that I had not noticed. I'm always thrilled when we are able to get David when we need help.

My email account got hacked. I used the Geek Squad online and at the store and they made me feel comfortable that I had done everything I could do with their help to eliminate the threats.

The GS agent was on-time, professional, polite, humorous and relateable. He quickly analyzed my modem-router-wifi problem, and just as quickly, resolved it! Follow-up instructions/advice was 'on point'. I appreciated the wearing of shoe covers for my carpet.

The agent was able to fix my computer and he saved me money by telling me that the firewall I purchased had not been installed like another agent said it was. I was able to get my money back from the credit card company.
