Not only did Bethany find all the "scattered" files that were copied to our new computer, she helped us with a new routers so that we now receive service in the whole house and she helped/is helping to clean up the OLD to the NEW. She's the BEST!

My monitor was flipping and the technician came out and found that the HDMI port was faulty. He suggested several alternatives that were not costly and easy to manage. He was polite and tried many ways to see if it could be corrected. He was careful and very conscious of the need to be safe during these challenging times.

In our winter rental home, Steve with Geek Squad did an excellent job connecting our new Sony wireless headphones to our TV using the newly purchased MEE audio. Have loud traffic noise and these wireless headphones were an absolute necessity. We can now easily listen to the TV audio.

We had numerous computer issues that required the Geek Squad to come to our home. As in the past the issues were resolved fairly quickly and we were back up and running! Best investment I've ever made when it comes to having a resource that can resolve more complicated technical issues.

You guys are just wonderful. Kudos to Nicolas Elkoussa. He is a great teacher. His Service timing on the printer was like, grease lightening.

Amanda figured out the problem why she could not sync the Fire tablet with my Fitbit Alta hr. Fitbit requires an android or non Amazon tablet. I had to wait until the Lincoln, Ne store received their shipment at the end of December.

The technician diagnosed quickly and got the system up and running in short. I had several questions which he answered promptly and gave me some recommendations for the future that I requested.

I really liked Vicente, but I felt he should have taken out my old computer and brought it back to Best Buy. He should have purged my information and then brought it back. I asked him to put it in my trunk, which he did ,but after being asked. I had to go to Best Buy and have them take the computer out of the trunk. They felt that was Vicente's job. I paid for the Geek Squad Service.

I forgot my Apple password. Thank goodness they were able to unlock it!

used the agent to help with creating labels for photos created from slides. A real lesson for me. That I can now do on my own in the future. Hadn't realized this was part of my Geek squad service. NO additional charge!.

The technician set up the installation of Webroot Security, which I will start this month. He gave me useful advice when using websites & warned me about e-mails advertising & selling face masks. I still have a problem, which will require a home visit from a technician. I have a home appointment this coming Tuesday morning.
