The agent was very good at fixing the problems I was having. Able to successfully get my printer to talk with computer and answer additional questions

The GS agent was on-time, professional, polite, humorous and relateable. He quickly analyzed my modem-router-wifi problem, and just as quickly, resolved it! Follow-up instructions/advice was 'on point'. I appreciated the wearing of shoe covers for my carpet.

Not only did Bethany find all the "scattered" files that were copied to our new computer, she helped us with a new routers so that we now receive service in the whole house and she helped/is helping to clean up the OLD to the NEW. She's the BEST!

Brought my computer monitor in since it stopped working, they had no idea how to fix it. It had to be sent out and even then we wouldnt know if it could be fix so now its in a landfill

Amanda figured out the problem why she could not sync the Fire tablet with my Fitbit Alta hr. Fitbit requires an android or non Amazon tablet. I had to wait until the Lincoln, Ne store received their shipment at the end of December.

Purchased a new curved monitor. The Geek Squad connected this device to the existing set up.

I really liked Vicente, but I felt he should have taken out my old computer and brought it back to Best Buy. He should have purged my information and then brought it back. I asked him to put it in my trunk, which he did ,but after being asked. I had to go to Best Buy and have them take the computer out of the trunk. They felt that was Vicente's job. I paid for the Geek Squad Service.

My agent solved several problems I had. Not only did he install 3 portable phones but he helped me with a cell phone issue as well as a landline problem. He did other things too. In general, I was very happy with Ty.

After three visits, a "on the road" Geek came and fixed everything. for my Roku TV reception.. He was so very knowledgeable and I just wish I could remember his name. I am a TotalTech member.

The person who came to my house had a difficult task in front of him. He figured out all of my technical problems. Was a wizard !
