In our winter rental home, Steve with Geek Squad did an excellent job connecting our new Sony wireless headphones to our TV using the newly purchased MEE audio. Have loud traffic noise and these wireless headphones were an absolute necessity. We can now easily listen to the TV audio.

We had numerous computer issues that required the Geek Squad to come to our home. As in the past the issues were resolved fairly quickly and we were back up and running! Best investment I've ever made when it comes to having a resource that can resolve more complicated technical issues.

Got a Geek squad technician the next day. He got my compter up and running.

My monitor was flipping and the technician came out and found that the HDMI port was faulty. He suggested several alternatives that were not costly and easy to manage. He was polite and tried many ways to see if it could be corrected. He was careful and very conscious of the need to be safe during these challenging times.

This dongle was recommended by a member of the geek squad to assist my computer to pick up the internet.

Great customer service for two different people in the household with two different sets of needs was seamless. Some issues with laptop resolved were due to set up in store with assumptions on use versus asking preferences. Hands-on instruction was awesome! In-home service has always been spot on.

The in store order taker mistook the nature of the repair needed. The telephone confirmer exercised judgment and brought the correct expert with him the next day. They performed the repair efficiently within 15 minutes and were on their way!

Great job, Matthew Stewart visited my home and got new setup for both my new computer and my new printer, transferred hard drive from existing Envy laptop, to the new Spectre laptop. Got everything functioning with alacrity.
