Juan was amazing - clear and concise on the issues and the options for repair vs replacement. On time, thorough and exceedingly nice.

Jose Nino did his usual excellent job connecting my iPhone and printer to my computer. Jose is very skilled. He explained everything and answered all of my questions.

My agent solved several problems I had. Not only did he install 3 portable phones but he helped me with a cell phone issue as well as a landline problem. He did other things too. In general, I was very happy with Ty.

I’ve had the Geek Squad now for a couple of years now and have no regrets. They always I’m definitely not a Geek and need them to keep me running!! No regrets!!!

Brought my computer monitor in since it stopped working, they had no idea how to fix it. It had to be sent out and even then we wouldnt know if it could be fix so now its in a landfill

The in store order taker mistook the nature of the repair needed. The telephone confirmer exercised judgment and brought the correct expert with him the next day. They performed the repair efficiently within 15 minutes and were on their way!

The Geek Squad repairman was excellent in diagnosing the problem with the monitor and also instructing me on certain aspects of it.

Kyle is awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived on time, had his mask and shoe covering ready and was well prepared to handle the tasks I needed. I went to Best Buy and bought a new computer and printer .I had a very good time and then I bought a new mobile phone . I had a little problem hooking up the printer and computer I called the Geek Squad they talked me through what I had to do and the results where great everything works. James Beloate

We made a purchase for a new refrigerator and being a Geek Squad customer , we were able to take advantage of additional savings because of the membership. Customer service was outstanding.

Edward quickly fixed the problems on my list. He even was able to find a replay of a TV program that I'd only caught the end of the night before---without the name or channel of the program!
