I could call out on my landline, but was unable to receive incoming calls. The Geek Squad technician thoroughly checked the device and all connections and discovered the problem with a modem connection.

Agent checked out the installation and functions of both my Ring Doorbell situation. And also both my computer and printer. As they both needed to be updated on it's receiving, delivering and printing messages properly. Agent also explained what my problems were.

The technician set up the installation of Webroot Security, which I will start this month. He gave me useful advice when using websites & warned me about e-mails advertising & selling face masks. I still have a problem, which will require a home visit from a technician. I have a home appointment this coming Tuesday morning.

The repair Agent Thomas was very courteous and professional. He could not fix my issue, but he did minimize my problem by allowing me to purchase NETGEAR from him. Thans Geek Squad for your professional tech service.

I went to Best Buy and bought a new computer and printer .I had a very good time and then I bought a new mobile phone .
