I would never have purchased any kind of computer equipment if it hadn't come with the support I so desperately require as completely lacking in any kind of technical experience!

In home service was great. Tech arrived on time and was both thorough and efficient. I had consulted with an online tech just before he arrived and they did nothing! I would definitely recommend Geek Squad's in-home support.

Geek squad is good. Some of them don't want to be there, but most of the staff is good , helpful and honest. As for desktops, refrigerators, laptop and whatever else I have bought there it's all good. Staff extremely helpful.

The whole experience was very nice considering I am not very computer savvy. From the technician who came out to the management at Nampa's Geek Squad, everyone was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I did not take any pictures. They solved the issues.

Matthew Harrison has worked on my computer exactly two times when I had major problems. I am most pleased with his attention to my problems, concerns and questions and is willing to repeat his responses to be sure I understand. My computer works well when he finishes his repairs. I could call out on my landline, but was unable to receive incoming calls. The Geek Squad technician thoroughly checked the device and all connections and discovered the problem with a modem connection.

Technician called before arriving and arrived early. He diagnosed my computer problem immediately and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Very pleased with this in-home service.

The re-installation was not completely done the 1st time. The 2nd time the same technicians came with their smile, excellent attitude as they had on the 1st visit. They discovered that a cable was the issue. They installed a new HDMI connection and problem solved! Great work guys!

Having issues with diminishing disc space. Nathanael Roberts identified the problem, cleaned up my computer and moved large files to another disc where there was plenty of space. Always have great service from Nathanael. He takes time to make sure I know what the issues are and what he has done to repair!

Hector, the tech, was very helpful in showing me how to convert documents.

The agent Malcom went out of his way to help me navigate Windows 11 and explained thoroughly the reason the ink dried out in the cartridge used in the printer. He was very courteous and professional.
