Technicians are always great and they go above and beyond….unfortunately, I won’t be renewing my contract because services are being changed and so are the fees. Not worth anymore!

Matt installed one each new computer and printer, plus gave us a great tip on a special deal at Staples.

Joshua(Josh) was prompt for appointment,friendly and knowledgeable while setting two of my computers to connect with a recently purchased printer from Best Buy, and also patient in explaining each set-up to me!

The agent couldn’t resolve my issue because my laptop is old and can’t handle 5G. He suggested to get a 2.4/5G adaptor, but I decided to finally upgrade and bought a new HP laptop from BestBuy! I

Jonathan Luna was excellent. He was timely. Immediately was able to help me and get my webcam up and running. Helped with connectivity issues and had everything working within a short period of time.

Streaming service in my home was slowed by multiple networks (3) in a way that was not apparent to me. Two net works were "quieted". Net work extender devices were relocated. My mobile devices were activated on a clean network. Good job.

Ryan noticed that the ink cartridges had expired so installed “good” cartridges and it worked. Will check dates on cartridges when I purchase them. Ryan is AWESOME. I wish he could do in home training!

The rep was SO patient with my lack of technical ignorance and did not show any impatience with my questions!!! Thus meant so much to me!!!!

Techs arrived on time and made their best attempt to fix the issue with the new TV and an older sound bar, once it was determined that the problem was with the sound bar they could have left but, they stayed a bit and tried to find a solution.

I need the Geek squad, frequently, to tend to a balky computer. They are courteous, and smart, and don't mind that I am a bumbly senior who is totally stupid when it comes to computers. I couldn't live without them!

Dennis, the Geek Squad expert, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than a minute, something that the technician from the cable company had been unable to do during a thirty minute appointment.

Theresa assisted me with how to mirror from MacBook Air to Samsung TV. She was very helpful and also assisted me with a few other Mac questions. She was pleasant, professional and detailed with her guidance.

Geek Squad repaired my IMAC and cleaned it up while here. Did a great job! I was unable to access Safari.
