Streaming service in my home was slowed by multiple networks (3) in a way that was not apparent to me. Two net works were "quieted". Net work extender devices were relocated. My mobile devices were activated on a clean network. Good job.

Techs arrived on time and made their best attempt to fix the issue with the new TV and an older sound bar, once it was determined that the problem was with the sound bar they could have left but, they stayed a bit and tried to find a solution.

Only had a need for Geek squad once so far. They were here on time and date as stated and took care of problem immediately. Was very helpful in taking time to answer our questions. Very pleased.

The agent reviewed my printers and made sure that both printers were on both phones. He was unable to figure out why my smart TV would not add to my phone so I can stream the games from my phone to the tv. I need to repeat the laptop remote cleaning with the remote service

The technician knew what he was doing and it didn't take him long to address the problem.

The agent was unable to make any on-site repairs or adjustments to our PC. His advice was for us to take our PC into the Best Buy store for more detailed analysis and repairs (if warranted). He did not charge us for the house call which reassured us of his honesty and integrity. So far we are very satisfied with all our interactions with Geek Squad personnel.

Paul corrected the errors in Microsoft Office set up and proceeded with all other items on my checklist. Everything worked well when he left. He was personable, efficient and effective in the work he did. Would recommend him without question.

Joshua(Josh) was prompt for appointment,friendly and knowledgeable while setting two of my computers to connect with a recently purchased printer from Best Buy, and also patient in explaining each set-up to me!

The person who came to my house had a difficult task in front of him. He figured out all of my technical problems. Was a wizard !

I need the Geek squad, frequently, to tend to a balky computer. They are courteous, and smart, and don't mind that I am a bumbly senior who is totally stupid when it comes to computers. I couldn't live without them!

I am so glad to have this service in our town. As a re-Tired nurse and a executive assistant, I valued the quick responses from our computer technology people in I. T. So, when I could no longer have access to those services at retirement, I found the Geek Squad.

I would probably still be trying to set up my wife's new PC and transferring the files and settings from her old PC if I had not used the Geek Squad. Geek Squad Agent Matthew was prompt and very professional during the time he spent at our house. He was also very patient while answering our questions.

Was having difficulty switching my carrier from ATT to Xfinity. Our squad member was able to quickly effect this change for us.

Jonathan Luna was excellent. He was timely. Immediately was able to help me and get my webcam up and running. Helped with connectivity issues and had everything working within a short period of time.

Ryan noticed that the ink cartridges had expired so installed “good” cartridges and it worked. Will check dates on cartridges when I purchase them. Ryan is AWESOME. I wish he could do in home training!
