The re-installation was not completely done the 1st time. The 2nd time the same technicians came with their smile, excellent attitude as they had on the 1st visit. They discovered that a cable was the issue. They installed a new HDMI connection and problem solved! Great work guys!

I am most pleased with his attention to my problems, concerns and questions and is willing to repeat his responses to be sure I understand. My computer works well when he finishes his repairs. Geek squad is the best they are very knowledgeable

The agent reviewed my printers and made sure that both printers were on both phones. He was unable to figure out why my smart TV would not add to my phone so I can stream the games from my phone to the tv. I need to repeat the laptop remote cleaning with the remote service

The Geek Squad tech was able to install the ink cartridges in my printer and get the printer to recognize them, something I had not been able to do. The Epson 410XL Black and Standard-Capacity CMYK cartridges are now giving me great print-outs in color and black and white.

I am so glad to have this service in our town. As a re-Tired nurse and a executive assistant, I valued the quick responses from our computer technology people in I. T. So, when I could no longer have access to those services at retirement, I found the Geek Squad.

Schedule in-home CPU repair a week in advance with an original 7:AM-7:PM appt. At 9:30 AM called for an ETA and was given BTN 10-2 the same day. At 4:30 PM I called again and was told to reschedule. I did not. The next day a Manager called to give excuses for why they wasted my day and said would reschedule. I said no and wanted a refund and was told to call the main number for a refund. The customer representatives I spoke to were located in Panama City, Panama, and the Philippines. Both tried to be helpful but the most courteous and helpful agents were in the Philippines and their English was the best. I spent about 2 hours plus on the phone attempting to get the status, Other than the manager calling me on the missed order I could not contact anyone locally. I went to Geek Squad on a recommendation and was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer service. My computer was fixed by another company and I was billed for 1/2 hour on the day they came. It took two days for them to fit me in their schedule and the service was excellent. At this time I can not recommend their service and will try again if I need help in hopes this was just an aboration.

Brandon was on time and verry kind and understanding. Everything was explained and fixed to my needs. I give that young man a verry high rating, and would have him again to fix my computer issues . I am verry happy with my computer now.. Thank You Brandon.
