Having issues with diminishing disc space. Nathanael Roberts identified the problem, cleaned up my computer and moved large files to another disc where there was plenty of space. Always have great service from Nathanael. He takes time to make sure I know what the issues are and what he has done to repair!

The agent was unable to make any on-site repairs or adjustments to our PC. His advice was for us to take our PC into the Best Buy store for more detailed analysis and repairs (if warranted). He did not charge us for the house call which reassured us of his honesty and integrity. So far we are very satisfied with all our interactions with Geek Squad personnel.

Agent set up computer for 95 year old mom. He did everythiing so well she did not notice the difference between the old and the new one. He got rid of all the things about the new one that would have confused her. Set up printer as well.
