John Aljoudi from the Geek Squad installed an updated Cox modem, and made sure all devices, including printers, TVs and tablets were hooked up and working properly. I could not have done it myself.

He got my computer working again, he did a great job & I was so happy.

Geek Squad tech found problem with Ring doorbell within 10 minutes of arriving. Found problem to be bad transformer. I purchased new transformer and Ring doorbell/camera is working fine.

My new TV went on the blink about 6 months after I purchased it. Made a call to the Geek Squad who installed it. They immediately knew what the problem was and how to resolve it. TV was back up and running in a matter of minutes. These folks know what they are doing. So glad I purchased the extended protection and had them do the install. Money well spent.

Agent helped us install One Drive to help free up hard drive space. Our main issue with this service we pay for, is, they are not able to fix most hardware issues in home. The other huge concern is the wait time to have someone come to our home. When you have an issue on your devices, you do not want to wait 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment to get a repair. These problems discourage us from wanting to use the service we pay for.

The agent was very thoughtful in helping this 85 year old understand what I needed to know.
