My Purchase of the Sony 65" TV has brought great pleasure in watching TV when I added Roku to it. I had to purchase a table stand to make the unit complete for my living room,

The agent cleaned up my computer and worked to get my printer connected. He also looked at my chrome book, which hasn't worked from the minute I bought it. I was very pleased with everything that he did.

The Geek Squad tech was able to install the ink cartridges in my printer and get the printer to recognize them, something I had not been able to do. The Epson 410XL Black and Standard-Capacity CMYK cartridges are now giving me great print-outs in color and black and white.

They came in and got our computer cleared of ALL virus’s! Gave us peace of mind! Installed a computer protection program, Al in a professional and courteous manner! Highly recommend!!!

Agent was competent to resolve the problem quickly; which I expected (problem setting up a net4work and allowing computers to see each other,) It was a set-up problem much harder to handle remotely due to lack of ability to see the two computers together.

Geek squad showed up on time, mounted my wall bracket and new TV, hooked up all my components expertly, cleaned up and were done in about an hour. Super job!

John Aljoudi from the Geek Squad installed an updated Cox modem, and made sure all devices, including printers, TVs and tablets were hooked up and working properly. I could not have done it myself.
