    Bluetooth headset unreliable on my desktop compute

    The agent figured out why my Bluetooth headset wasn't working, got it working while I watched and he explained what he was doing. We discussed my problems with it until I comletely understand how it works. No further problems so far.

    Geek was great. Getting through the “system” to book the appointment a nightmare. For a company dealing with technology, Best Buy has the most customer unfriendly phone/website ever.

    Qickly diagnosed problem with Ring Doorbell/Camera

    Geek Squad tech found problem with Ring doorbell within 10 minutes of arriving. Found problem to be bad transformer. I purchased new transformer and Ring doorbell/camera is working fine.

    My agent came to my home and worked on my computer for quite awhile and decided that it needed to be brought to the store to have a new hard drive installed. He was very courteous and explained things very well. My in store experience was also very good! Totally happy with my experience! Thank you!

    For Christmas I received an Echo. I wanted to have a better speaker to go with i, so a bought a speaker soon after.. I’m not sure why I had such a time getting the speaker to sync with Echo, but I did. I actually had two sets. The technician was able to finally get them both to work.

    In store agent was incredible. He immediately saw the problem, though it was one new to him, and solved it. He also initiated safeguards to prevent.it from happening again. (I'm 81, house &wheelchair bound. Read:I don't get out. However, to have this agent again, I would.

    agent checked laptop issues connecting to new higher speed router, attempted numerous fixes and was able to discover that wifi card installed in laptop was too old but had fix available with usb plug in. very satisfied

    In home Geek Squad to fix problems with Zoom

    The agent made a diagnosis and corrected the problem with accessing video and audio when using Zoom. I used Zoom once since the repair and audio was slow to respond after the repair. It was very difficult to schedule an I -home visit with Geek Squad.
