On this day, Andrew Richardson came to our house to connect a screen next to my computer and he did an excellent job. He also connected an HDMI insignia device to connect my computer to the other screen. I was very happy with his work.

At 79 I can do well on the computer but have trouble synching my desktop, laptop and phone and even bending to hook up the cables which is why I have access to a great Geek Squad member who handles the problem for me.

As usual the Geek Squad helped me with my locked-out phone. I had to have it restored to original settings, but they managed to put back all contacts and photos before 2017. After that, though, everything had to be deleted. All this came from a software update, which I am very adverse to doing ever again.

The agent came to our house well-prepared, e.g. gloves, mask and foot coverings. He was personable, listened to our questions, provided useful support, and fixed a few things that were not functioning properly. Very well done.

Computer was not handling email and this problem was corrected quickly. Very impressed with the service rep who came to my home, his efficiency, knowledge and how he readily answered my questions. Also very appreciative of the fact that he wore a mask and gloves during this pandemic.

The agent set up a Roku stick and hooked up our DVD player. He also removed the drive from and old laptop so there was no chance data might be found on it. We are very pleased with the support from Geek Squad and look forward to maintaining this support in the future.

All done to satisfaction. The " TV Ears" are a problem. Difficult to change from low to high. While charging, don't last long to use before charging again. The instillation and explanation of operating the TV was done very professional.

The agent diagnosed my desk top and my lap top as well as recommended speaker replacements for my blown all in one desktop speaker. I did purchase his suggestion.

The home session on better use of emails was very helpful. The agent reinforced some of my skills and techniques and was given additional tips on emails and how to set up new gmail accounts.

The assistant manager Marlon (I think) helped me confirm my Total Tech and Web Root coverage when the geek squad had to rush to the hospital to see his mother.

We had a few minor problems with our install that appeared after a few days. We called the Squad and they made and appointment to come out and take care of the problems. They called on the appointment day, said they were on their way. Arrived on time and fixed the issues in short time. Great job Guys!
