The Associate completed my computer setup & and some small repairs. He also answered some questions I had regarding Windows 11 and the wireless system. He was on time for the appointment and was very helpful.

Our service was completed professionally. The agent confirmed a printer was not worth repairing & cleaned up a laptop, and offered helpful advice regarding how to maximize our equipment.

The agent that came to the house determined that the OS needed to be re-installed so informed us of the updated or advanced program, so we bought that. We took the PC to the store and purchased a backup drive so they could back up the info then reinstall that info. This was done, but then at home we called to get help in downloading the info needed to open the files. over all we find Geek Squad to be a very good investment to help us with our devices.

The computer tech was efficient, on time, and gave me the guidance I needed about future purchases.

The agent was faced with the opportunity of trying to help with an issue of networking a virtual system owned by a school district. He was able to help enough to solve the problem without causing a problem with the system. He was very patient and creative in finding the resolution.

The geek squad technician was prompt. He was able to diagnose the problems with my PC. The technician solved my issues, provided PC maintenance ideas and how to use the Geek Squad website for follow-up remote assistance.

Delmer got me back into my computer. I managed to lock my self out. He’s good. Now purchasing my iPhone is another story. I’m still trying to correct all that. Geek Squad I’ll keep. Will never purchase anything affiliated with Best Buy. Please take me off your mailing list.

I needed corrective settings on my games. The guy was terrific. He also explained to me the settings of the developer & how to function in spite of the inconsistencies.

The technician was very knowledgeable and he did lots of digging to try and find out what our technical issue was. Once he discover the problem he fixed it and then very thoroughly went through all our devices to ensure that they were all working well and that we were satisfied. Great Job!!

my internet connection to all computers went bad. Spectrum was unable to resolve even with on site service call. Geek squad found router was good (spectrum said it was bad) and got all computers access to internet. Great job and prompt service!

Schedule in-home CPU repair a week in advance with an original 7:AM-7:PM appt. At 9:30 AM called for an ETA and was given BTN 10-2 the same day. At 4:30 PM I called again and was told to reschedule. I did not. The next day a Manager called to give excuses for why they wasted my day and said would reschedule. I said no and wanted a refund and was told to call the main number for a refund. The customer representatives I spoke to were located in Panama City, Panama, and the Philippines. Both tried to be helpful but the most courteous and helpful agents were in the Philippines and their English was the best. I spent about 2 hours plus on the phone attempting to get the status, Other than the manager calling me on the missed order I could not contact anyone locally. I went to Geek Squad on a recommendation and was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer service. My computer was fixed by another company and I was billed for 1/2 hour on the day they came. It took two days for them to fit me in their schedule and the service was excellent. At this time I can not recommend their service and will try again if I need help in hopes this was just an aboration.

Best Buy sent me a message that Paper Mario Origami King for the Nintendo Switch was coming out, I ordered it and received the game the following day. This game is for Everyone, I love it, get stuck, use the IGN Strategy Guideline on the computer, and I get through to the next kevel.

Sonos speakers installed and "talking" with one another. Universal remote programmed to work with TV and Sonos speaker. A great Geek Squad was knowledgeable and super to work with.
