Well The First Geek Dude That Came To My Home Called First Which Was A Good Thing and Said I Have Your Computer and Lights For Your Son Desk. He Came Hooked the computer up and Began to Walk out the door, I asked him to show me the lights he said I didn’t have time to hook it up and just left. The second team of Geeks came without the lights, I spoke with the AWESOME Mgr. And she made it happen they also helped make other lights look good…It was a BIG Communication issue in the beginning and was very frustrating.

The agent was faced with the opportunity of trying to help with an issue of networking a virtual system owned by a school district. He was able to help enough to solve the problem without causing a problem with the system. He was very patient and creative in finding the resolution.

Delmer got me back into my computer. I managed to lock my self out. He’s good. Now purchasing my iPhone is another story. I’m still trying to correct all that. Geek Squad I’ll keep. Will never purchase anything affiliated with Best Buy. Please take me off your mailing list.

The technician was very knowledgeable and he did lots of digging to try and find out what our technical issue was. Once he discover the problem he fixed it and then very thoroughly went through all our devices to ensure that they were all working well and that we were satisfied. Great Job!!

Best Buy sent me a message that Paper Mario Origami King for the Nintendo Switch was coming out, I ordered it and received the game the following day. This game is for Everyone, I love it, get stuck, use the IGN Strategy Guideline on the computer, and I get through to the next kevel.

Service tech downloaded an update for my camera system. But I had to call the geek Squad appointment number a lot of times inorder to get my in home service appointment which seemed to me too much effect because nobody knew what they were doing.

Two days and three service techs

After the third tech said she couldn't fix it because the info MS gave me for her to input had to be incorrect, I had to verify some info for MS the following day for my MS account and then everything started to work correctly.
The issue was that Office would not update. The first tech tried something and thought it was fixed and then disconnected me all the while not calling me up initially or when I asked him multiple times while he was remotely connected. The second tech never called me up as requested, just did something in my absence and disconnected. It still was not fixed. The third tech did call me up initially, kept me advised as to what she was doing and needed to do while keeping me on the line and calling me back a few times. She was trying to change my MS account. She was professional, friendly and seemed knowledgeable but wouldn't try hitting the update Office button at the end because she said it would not be updating since she didn't have the correct info from MS re my MS account. But I did what MS asked to verify some info the next day and then Office was able to update.
This was the worst experience I ever had with their tech dept in about two decades plus wasted way too much time and effort with it. I guess I should give the last tech the benefit of the doubt but not the first two techs.
