The agents fixed everything on my list and show me how to acquire the fix and how to manage it. They never once made me feel like I was dumb or didn't know the process.

Well The First Geek Dude That Came To My Home Called First Which Was A Good Thing and Said I Have Your Computer and Lights For Your Son Desk. He Came Hooked the computer up and Began to Walk out the door, I asked him to show me the lights he said I didn’t have time to hook it up and just left. The second team of Geeks came without the lights, I spoke with the AWESOME Mgr. And she made it happen they also helped make other lights look good…It was a BIG Communication issue in the beginning and was very frustrating.

Agent came to y home with the computer. He downloaded what was necessary from my old computer and set me up ready to go on the new HP computer. I love it! Thanks Alex

I had several questions and needed help setting up my new HP Laptop. Geek Squad was amazing, they helped me get it set up the way I wanted it, they always had my back.

They were amazing!!!! They had 3 workers and a supervisor to put up my 78” LG OLED TV. They were very professional and did the install and set up everything under an hour. Very well satisfied with the whole ordeal.
