Geek squad immediately knew what to do the fix the problem also answered all other questions I had !

Called for help with my computer, wireless printer and new wifi network. My technician Charles came out and fixed the problem. He was running late but was courteous to update me regularly. I have read where people were charged twice; I bought the service visit online, and the email receipt prevented that quite nicely. I am very satisfied.

Agents diagnosed the problem with my laptop and spent considerable amount of time correcting it. Agent was very patient and friendly.
