This is the second time that the Geek Squad has transferred data for me. Great customer service. After the transfer, I was given a short tutorial on where to find the transferred data. Great job!

Super easy process to transfer files. The fan broke on my old laptop and it would not open. All my files transferred and the new computer was available for pickup in one day! Great service!

Geek Squad removed all info from my current computer and put it on a flash drive so it can be used after my new computer is connected. Well done.

Love this data backup. Purchased a 2 TB. It’s more than enough to back my laptop up. Now I don’t have to worry about loosing data files. It automatically backs itself up.

Service was a little pricey but convenient and worth it. Save me the time and hassle of having to reinstall pictures and files when I got my computer back home.

Transferred from one Apple laptop to a new one. We likely could have done it ourselves but they were able to bring over everything effortlessly including Office. Worth it!!!

The team at Best Buy worked tirelessly to back up everything on my computer so that it would not be lost. It was a difficult process, but they did not stop until they were able to accomplish it.

I needed all my data transferred from my old laptop to my new one and the Geek Squad took care of that for me in a very timely fashion, can't complain, they did an awesome job.

Geek squad folks are great - both in person and telephone support. Great for customers like myself who are not the most proficient - the Geeks explain things in a way that I can understand.

Purchased new laptop before old laptop was sent off for repair. Geek Squad transferred old to new in one day and repaired old laptop was returned in less than three weeks.

I was very pleased with the Geek Squad members. They were very professional, friendly and answered all of my questions. They also downloaded all my information from my old computer to my new computer. There was also great communication between the Geek Squad member and me through email.
