easy setup and works great...would be better if the battery was longer

I purchased this to replace a broken Motion Flood Light on my garage. I am enjoying the motion light and able to be notified of the motion by my ring and to observe what triggered it. Come Spring I will purchase a Ring camera for the front door.

Geek Squad was unable to install above 10 feet high. Workers are not permitted to climb higher on ladder.

The agent was timely and friendly. Answered all my questions. Installed the Ring doorbell, aligned it so it pointed where I wanted, gave me directions, and cleaned everything up! Would recommend having them do it. It looks beautiful, I would’ve made a disastrous mess!

Its super great and review every step when they do the job

First appointment was cancelled on day of install saying they don’t install smart garage controllers. I went to the store and geek squad tech said yes they do an made another appointment saying the tech coming knows what he is doing, come day of install same story when I got very upset the agent said she will make third party appointment. When confirmation email came it said was for wired camera. Went back to the store and was given a print out which had a note that it is for Smart controller. Also I had to push them to give me credit for all the hassle and wasted time, so got $20 credit. When the tech arrived he asked for the camera and was I glad to have that print out handy.

Don’t bother bc they offer this just to make plans to come out & tell you last minute they can’t bc a licensed electrician has to do it. Only would of worked for small project like a ring doorbell but not cameras hooked up with different wiring and different watts. Find a good friend/handy man to do it for half the price. Do it legally if using handyman. YouTube it. Took me 20 min and I have zero electrical skill. Be safe and know what you’re doing bc the result could be bad.

These guys were great. Kept me informed on when they would get to my home and complete their service w professionalism.

Returned camera and doorbell camera due to poor installation by a third party. Geek Squad was suppose to come out and correct. They were a no show. Very disappointed in the lack of response from Best Buy!

Work was ok except I wasn’t expect additional charges.

This installer which is not employed by best buy was amazing and i kept his number for other jobs. Best buy on the other hand was the reason why im giving a 0 stars rating. They look 9 months to fulfill this job. Bounced me around from manager to manager until they finally listened. They refunded me costantly despite saying theyd do the job. In the end they did the job bc i complained enough and they had lured me into a tech support membership solely so i could get this job done.

We had the best tech ever. He went the extra mile trying to get all our nest equipment to work. Our doorbell was a problem and he got it working.

My only complaint is the time that is takes to get a picture from the time the ring alert sounds. Someone could remove a package and be gone before you see them except on history.

The young man did an excellent job. He was prompt and professional. He knew about the product he installed. The camera is working as expected.

Dallas installed my Ring Floodlight Cam and conected it to my phone and other devices.

Not to pleased. We thought we where paying for the whole installation. Come to find out they only come in and plug it in the outlet.... Told them we can do that without paying a fee.

Camera works perfectly. Geek Squad set it up and instruct us on how to use it I’ve had no problems with this product would recommend it for all
