So, I don't really use this thing to its full potential. I pretty much only use it to control apps individual volume levels, and for that, it's perfect. I know this thing is capable of so much more, but if you're looking for a device with dials that can change the volume levels of different apps on the fly, this is what you're looking for, and it does it exactly as you'd expect.

I own another streamdeck (32 button version) but wanted this because of the dials and thought it would be a great addition since I use it so much with my work (programming, meetings, etc). I don't actually stream but find these to be an invaluable work tool. Originally, when I purchased it, the product was somewhat new and was just starting to get plugin adoption by the community. I honestly was really on the fence to return it because at the time the dials weren't really utilized. I'm glad I kept it as months later now both Elgato and the community have done a lot into having dial support. Now with the new features (Action Trigger, Action Wheel, and Dial Stack) this has now become my primary of the two stream decks that I use. The dials allow me to rotate through several hot keys / plugins / macros and select the one I want. The display bar is nice for showing me a nice large clock that I can use as a timer. The list goes on and on. I'm glad I didn't return this and my hats off to Elgato on continually developing the software to make it more and more useful. I love having two stream decks, but if I had to start over knowing what I know now, I probably would have picked up two of these dial versions instead of having the 32 button + dial version. My only wish/request for the products would be to have a 1/4 thread mount on the back so you can have it mounted on a telescoping arm and off the desk. I picked up a 3d printed adapter off Etsy that works great, but would have been nice if it had it by default. Great device - strongly recommend to others.

First Impressions: Right out of the box, the Stream Deck Plus felt solid and well-made. Setting it up was a breeze, and I customized it to fit my needs in no time. What I Liked: • Ease of Use: The 15 programmable LCD buttons let me set up hotkeys for quick access to essential functions, making managing my stream and other apps much simpler. • Extra Controls: The rotary knobs and touch screen add flexibility for adjusting audio and other settings. Now, I can easily tweak my mic volume or switch scenes in OBS without hassle. • Customization: Being able to personalize each button with icons and even GIFs is awesome! My Stream Deck now looks just the way I want it. What Could Be Better: • Software: Occasionally, the Elgato software can be glitchy. Some plugins have crashed or didn’t work correctly, and the plugin installation site can be slow. But overall, it’s manageable. • Price: For a new streamer, the cost might seem steep. However, considering its functionality and build quality, I think it’s a worthwhile investment. Conclusion: The Elgato Stream Deck Plus has become an indispensable tool in my streaming setup. Despite a few minor issues, I’m thrilled with the purchase. If you’re starting out in streaming and want to enhance your broadcasts, I highly recommend checking out this device.

Good stream deck. Easy to use and feels high quality.

This product is amazing! I've wanted a Stream Deck to take my streaming experience to the next level. Since this is my first one, I went with the smaller, more affordable one. Makes navigating to specific apps easier, with the touch of a button. Excited to expand to the Stream Deck XL later in 2026!!!

I bought this for my brother who is a streamer and this was perfect for him. He like the multi screen option so he can set his buttons to each streaming show he does! It was easy to set up

I've been using the Elgato Stream Deck for a while, but the Stream Deck+ is a significant upgrade. The tactile dials, LCD keys, and touch strip are fantastic additions. I've found it incredibly customizable, whether for audio, video, or lighting controls. Being able to trigger multiple actions and switch between different app configurations seamlessly is a remarkable feature. The Stream Deck Store offers useful plugins, icons, and more. Wave Link, the audio mixing software, is a great inclusion. With regular updates, the Stream Deck+ just keeps getting better. It deserves a solid 5 stars!

This thing is just amazing!!! So I’m not a streamer and I still use it for other things. My wife uses it for work like Microsoft, zoom meetings and to have one button app press on and controls the volume to the pc. I use it to start games, control my steel series head set volume, to control my discord and to open op other apps of my choice. It’s a small learning curve with it but once you ingest the hang of it you’ll you can do so much.

this product is phenomenal i don't know what took me so long to get it and im glad i did. Its not just for content creation you can use it for pretty much anything with all its customizable features! excellent buy!

I love this thing and it's only going to get better! I've seen a few people complain about minor things like plugins needing to be updated etc to support the knobs. Hey, if you wanna wait for that and not enjoy what it can do now while you wait, then buy the old one and regret it later then! It already made using my keylights way easier cuz the knobs worked for that right away. Its just like OBS, if you want to wait to upgrade to the new version because some of the plugins arent yet compatible, then wait. But if you are going to buy a new stream deck, it makes no sense to me to buy one that does'nt support the knobs and all that this can do NOW. If you already have a stream deck maybe I could understand waiting a bit to buy this one, but I didn't have one yet at all, so I bought this one, and I LOVE IT, and have no regrets. It will only get better over time. I've been using the stream deck app on my ipad, so I am familiar with how it all works and what it does, and this already does alot more than a standard stream deck, so I don't get the hate just cuz it's new and some things need to be updated in software to support the new hardware features.

So far I've had no issues but it's been incredibly useful. Frequently need to adjust volumes because my friends don't know how to talk into their mic until I turn my game sound down. Then they know exactly where it is. Adding on some quick mute, deafen, screenshot, etc shortcuts. It's been way more useful than I originally expected.

I have and use the Stream Deck Mk 2, and have been using it for all sorts of things, but now that I'm doing more recording / streaming with OBS, I found that having dedicated knobs for volume controls makes things so much easier. I do miss having more physical buttons, but the touch strip makes it super easy to slide back and forth between layouts. When I'm not using this for streaming, I have layouts for various games and applications where having macros and hotkeys are super useful. There's even a plugin to control my smart lighting system, so when it's night time, I can hit a button and dim all the lights in the house.

I’ve seen Stream Decks for years but always thought they were for gamers so I didn’t think it was for my work needs. I work from home and host a lot of Zoom calls and it wasn’t until recently when I learned that this device could also fit into my space. I was using the Elgato Wave XLR audio device for my Rode XLR mic so when I learned that the Stream Deck Plus had an add on module for the Wave XLR, I was sold…two in one. This basically replaced my Wave XLR on my desk so I didn’t have to tie up more space and added Stream Deck capabilities. I’ve been able to add so many of my day to day tasks that I would normally go to my favorites bar for and make them buttons. My dials control my mic gain and audio controls. I’ve added smart home automations to other buttons and I keep learning more on how this thing can help with my workflow. I’m a huge fan now and have recommended this to my peers as part of their desk setups. Now, to buy lighting modules and other things I can control with my new toy!

Its a bit bulky compared to my older 15 button streamdeck, but it feels very high quality. The screen is very nice, the buttons are big and bright. The dials feel nice, metal and with nice detented movement. I wish it were a little cheaper

So easy to use once you figure out the software. Literally the biggest game changer for not only streaming but workflow for regular everyday computer tasks!

I find the Stream Deck very useful, even for non-streaming needs! The software is easy to use and program the deck. But it's a rather pricey device for what it does.

I bought this as a gift for my brother and he loves it. He uses it for streaming and even when he isn’t it really helps him out. It works so well I have considered buying myself one even though I don’t stream. I had purchased it for pick up but had something come up and the fact that I can switch it for next day delivery was perfect.
