Clearing up some issues with email. Helping me understand some of the workings regarding email.

The tech was on time, courtious and knowledgeable, i.e. he was terrific he got the job done!

Travis was awesome. He answered all my questions and set up my computer. He was very patient. If I have any problems in the future I hope I can request him.

The agent did a great job in the installation of the email and troubleshooting a printer. My computer had been set up by Best Buy on Monday but I had to wait until Friday for an appointment with the Geek Squad.

The agent was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I was recently hacked and he went through and cleaned up my system and explained what he was doing so I would understand.

This has been a lifesaver twice, once to ha e my Echo Show set up and just recently a member came out to help sync Outlook mail on my new Surface.

The agent was very respectful of my home and property. He did a very excellent job of installing my new computer and setting up everything for me. He also took the time to show me how it works.

Quickly and efficiently repaired my email that was totally not functioning. Everything was set back to normal.

The guys were really good in working together to get everything up and running.I was very satisfied with their work and knowledge to get the job done correctly.

One thing aboutm ot best buy's new total teck is definitly worth the cost. These guys are the best at what they do. Fast, Clean, curtious and always knowledgeable and helpful. Steve and Chris from myt local store have helped us with numerous in home and store appointments for various issues in the past year. This was an in store tutoring session with Chris where he walked me through some trouble spots trying to tranision from Android and microsoft to Apple and their ios system w safari. Learning curve issues to be able to use new ipad in my business and needed software. Did a great job...wish id taken better notes...

Fixed the problem on main computers. I forgot to check on secondary computers where it is still a problem.

The agent did an outstanding job. Set up my new TVs and connected them to my devices. So far, I think Best Buy is terrific and will continue to do business with them.

Fantastic visit and email troubleshooting! My tech was knowledge and friendly

Several times I’ve used the geek squad for troubleshooting my PC and all technicians have been excellent. It is a great program but unfortunately I heard that I will be paying an additional fee for this troubleshooting issue in 2024-2025, which should’ve been included in the membership price that was deducted from my Credit card.

David was very helpful and patient. He took time to listen to our questions and do his best to answer them and show us what he was doing in terms of resolving our issues.

Joe from GEEK SQUAD come to my house to help resolve an issue with my computer. This same technician had been to my house before and did an outstanding job, was glad to see him return.

Joseph was extremely professional, helpful and efficient during my home visit. He had to completely clean my computer and repair many malfunctions that a virus had caused. I am very grateful for his excellent service.

The agent corrected my problem and helped with a few others. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant and helpful person.

The Lady that came to my office (Leila?) was great. She found the problem in a few minutes !

Dru did an excellent job and fixed what some others were not to do. Dru is a great, knowledgeable computer repair. He also fixed our printer previously and was the first of about 5 people able to fix it easily and really fixed it as he knows what he is doing and enjoys helping people. Dru deserves all the kudos available and needs to be given an upgrade and a raise as well. Thanks for having Dru to fix what others have not been able to do. Thanks Dru, you are the best and we want you every time we need computer work done. jerry rauch & arlene.
