Joe from GEEK SQUAD come to my house to help resolve an issue with my computer. This same technician had been to my house before and did an outstanding job, was glad to see him return.

Dru did an excellent job and fixed what some others were not to do. Dru is a great, knowledgeable computer repair. He also fixed our printer previously and was the first of about 5 people able to fix it easily and really fixed it as he knows what he is doing and enjoys helping people. Dru deserves all the kudos available and needs to be given an upgrade and a raise as well. Thanks for having Dru to fix what others have not been able to do. Joseph was extremely professional, helpful and efficient during my home visit. He had to completely clean my computer and repair many malfunctions that a virus had caused. I am very grateful for his excellent service.

I was happy that a tech came to the house to look at the issue that I had with MS One Drive. He was knowledgeable and informative, but there he did not clean it up as I would have liked.

He straightened out the problem we were having with the printer. Corrected the problem my wife was having with email.

Michael Plowden, the Geek Squad member, who came was wonderful! He listened to me, and he made sure that he understood the issues with which I was concerned. He had everything working well when he left. He was extremely patient and treated me with great respect.

Derek was so helpful, knowledgeable and answered all our questions during the setup/transfer of new computers. He was very polite and professional. The best!

Agent attempted to add an email to my phone with some success. Not 100% but not their fault. Agent was patient and continued to try different ways. Agent remembered me and the particular issue I was having.

At this time I would like to express my disappointment in the help I received at the Maple Grove store. The gentleman there could have helped with my problem, but instead gave me little of his time and acted like I was taking him away from other customers. He immediately wrote up the ticket to have someone come out to the house rather than helping with a very simple problem I had in-store. Money that was unnecessary for me to spend for in home service. I will now go only to the Minnetonka store for help even though Maple Grove is closer.

Agent set up my printer and connected cell phone to email, but some of the format got changed and I find that a little frustrating

The Geek Squad guy was very efficient and explained everything he was doing. I've had no problems since he as here. I would use the Geek Squad again if needed.
