This was never installed / I’d like a refund of install fees

The person who initially came to our house for estimate had missed that our current garage door motors were not compatible with the device. We waited for more than a month for a tech to come and to install the device, which apparently did not work. It appears they chose inexperienced people in this Geek Team who just cause wasting of time and effort!! We had to return all devices.

First appointment I made on phone and gave full details of the smart garage controller. On the day of the appointment the technician called and said that Best Buy does not install them. I went to the store with the controller and was told yes they will install and set up another appointment, same story the second time I got really upset and they set up appointment with 3rd party. And finally got it installed.

This was not completed as the tech stated he could not work on the garage door system that I had for my pole barn. Request a refund

Scheduled the service twice to install my smart garage door kit but was told they don't actually do this type of work. Waste of my time and money since I purchased the year membership in order to get this done.

The service was done to a satisfactory manner, but the specialist was almost 2 hour late and did not communicate unless I contacted him first.

The Geeks couldn't install it and then left my garage door unpaired with remote.

The folks showed up on time. It was a tricky problem of getting several technologies to play nice with each other. The two geek squad members worked with each other and played off each other's ideas. In the end it all worked. It even worked more seamlessly then the manufacture help desk said it would.

My Geek did a masterful job of installing my garage opener. He was polite and patient with me. I appreciate the job he did.

I love the geek squad they are so professional and helpful. Set up my system so that it works for me.
