Great for reducing hand movements

I bought this to sit on the arm of my chair and it is great for that. I also started using it with my work machine as well. It is very east to switch betwen devices and it works great with the dongle and with Bluetooth.

Best in its class, but can be improved

It is the highest quality I can find of this type. I’ve bought it a couple times over the years because the rubber part eventually wears down and gets gross after a few years. This model has an additional magnetic base that raises it up, but I don’t use it because the magnet isn’t strong enough to keep it from slipping out of position. So I just use the thin magnetic base, which does have a strong magnet.

Decent investment

My only issue is that the ball takes some getting used to especially with arthritis. I will also note that it is only designed for use with the right hand although I am not certain if there is a left-hand version. I like the swivel feature as it already is showing relief on my wrist which is the primary reason I moved to a trackball from a mouse.

Takes some getter used to

I dont alway have a flat surface for a mouse since i use my laptop troubleshooting equipment in the field. This mouse would not be good for gaming. You do not move the mouse, but use your thumb. Its odd at first, but im glad i made the purchase

Wow, a new type of mouse

I bought this kind of mouse because I'm an older gentleman and I've just bought a new computer, so I found this mouse. It's very quiet and easy to use. There are many buttons, but I haven't figured them all out yet, but I will. You're not moving your hand all around all the time; it seems more relaxed using this type of trackball mouse. I would definitely give it a try.
