I purchased a new printer ... (which I might add the salesperson who recommended the HP printer ... matched my printing needs up with a printer (friendly system) that was best suited for me (my printing needs) .... his attention to my needs was a noticeable priority ... with my purchase he introduced me to the Geek Squad ... again, personal attention was the priority agenda. The Printer delivery (Geek Squad) and explanation of the operational performance of my new printer was explained and demonstrated (their patience explaining the operational system was outstanding). Although the lyrics of the 'Monkees' song ... "I'm a Believer" are NOT exactly copacetic to this narrative ... nevertheless, the Song Title sums up my belief and commitment of the Best Buy salespeople and the Geek Squad (Wolfchase area store). The technician was extremely helpful and helped me with my printer and also installed a memory disc. The store clerk said I had to take my computer to the store to get the memory disc added and at 89 years old that is not feasible but she did not care. The technician immediately asked for permission to install the disc. He obviously enjoys his job as he was anxious to do every thing I needed

Kent was prompt, courteous, and worked carefully installing and wiring my "wireless" printer. His concern for doing it correctly was impressive since there has been a redesign which the instructions do not reflect. Printer works fine and I want Kent to be my Geek in future.

Loved having this young man help with my computer. I know that what he was doing for me was very easy but he was so helpful . He showed me things that are really great that I did no know about and had me download some tv apps. GREAT!!!!!

The Geek Squad are great. They are very professional and do a great job. Geek Squad members Jared and Rick have helped me a lot. They have set up my TV and have set up printers for me. Before they left they made sure I understood how to use the TV and printers and asked me if I had any questions before they left. They also said I can call them if I had more questions. They are awesome!! Thank you guys!

The Geek Squad Mike came here and most efficiently worked on my Sony 500" TV and set it up made sure everyting was working well.He even set my my Netflix to also work well on the TV. He asked me frequently if I had questions.He explained thing perfectly when I did have questions.I felt very happy when he was thru.He is the best!!!

My wireless printer installation was flawless and efficient. The Geek Squad person doing the installation also gave some pointers about the printer that were extremely helpful within days.

I have been getting generally good service from the Geek Squad. I have to bring my computer back in tomorrow because it is still malfunctioning. JEM

Andre hooked up my printer and explained things very patiently and knowledgeably. - I was so happy to finally be able to print from my laptop and understand how it worked in relationship to my cell phone. We think he’s a GREAT employee. Thank you geek squad and Best Buy.

I made an appt. to have 2 Geek Squad technicians come out to my house to connect my computer and printer. They were kind, polite and professional. They did it quickly and made sure I could connect to the Internet seamlessly. Thank you Geek Squad!

The Agents connected my new Printer, they made sure every part Was working as it should. They even went as far as to take a look at my older Printer to see if it could revived. I was very pleased with the care they showed.

Technician arrived on time, very knowledgeable and explained the issue and promptly had my printer back on line with the new Xfinity modem.

Agent was very nice but couldn’t get the printer to work properly. Said I needed a new computer as mine was five years old. Had to return to Best Buy the next day to find where to turn it on as it now has to be done manually. He turned off my WiFi as it was too weak. I don’t blame him but I’m worse off now with this printer than before. A waste of money.

The agent connected my printer to both my computers and solved a few other concerns. He was patient and friendly as well as informative.

The agents assessed the situation with my printer, made some changes in the settings and everything works like a charm! They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed that Andrew gave me a phone number should I have further issues.

Marvin did a great job connecting my laptop with my new printer. He had to download drivers and do some troubleshooting. But he got it done quickly and educated me on everything I needed to know. He didn’t leave until he knew it was good to go.

Geek Squad is great… they hooked up my two tvs and most recently they hooked up my scanner/copier. Not ever a problem for them. They are courteous, efficient, explain everything, and very professional

The agent set up my printer and successfully connected it to my computer and ipad. I did need one return visit to correct an ipad glitch.

We have never had such great service from any Big Box Store, EVER! And That is the truth David Buck Boca Raton, Florida.
