The agent Rich Pankanin knew what the problem was right away. He fixed it in record time. He also found out that I was not charged correctly. The store charged me $133.27 and it should have been $106.61. As of today I have not received the credit of $133.27 on my charge. Please look into.

I needed help from the GS because the new EERO mesh network would not allow connection to my Epson printer (2 years old). Turns out Epson will not connect to a faster wifi and is stuck in the dark ages. The GS team fixed the printer so that it would print from a dedicated computer but not all of my computers.

They sent a geek named Kyle. He was great. Fixed all our problems, Was patient, I'm not very good with technology. He took his time and explained everything he did. We are totally satisfied.

The agent was great !! He had my printer running in a matter of maybe 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and curtious. He took time to explain some things to me that I had questions about. He was and is the professional and didn't talk down to me when I asked a question. The all around experience was GREAT !!!!

The Geek squad came and hooked up my printer. That seems like a simple thing but when you know nothing about computers and printers, it was like a master job..They got it hooked up and showed me how to use it and did not leave until I was comfortable with the operation of both the printer and the computer. I would give both 10 stars if there were a choice.

First they put my old printers in my car for me. I went to Best Buy and they were going to replace the Canon I had but it was not in stock, so I got an upgrade. The technician came to my home and installed the printer and got it working just fine. He took his time to make sure it would work and very knowledgeable.

I called Best Buy for The Geek Squad agent to install the printer that was off line and upon arrival he surveyed my computer and printer set up. He first checked to see if ink was sufficient to print. He was professional and courteous and left instructions and contact info.

The service we have received from Best Buy Geek Squad is outstanding. They are highly competent, professional and friendly! My husband and I are in our 70’s and not technologically savvy! The crew who came to set up our new tv were professional and extremely patient. Then we purchased our laptop and printer and the service team for that was just as exceptional. We will purchase any items we need in the future from Best Buy!!!! Special thanks to Mohammad in the store and Zach, Ed and Matt who came to our home and got us up and running..their patience was greatly appreciated.

the tech and his assistant arrived early which i did like, they called me to tell me they would... set up did take awhile, computer set up went fast, printer set up took awhile. the assistant really did little but stand there watching. i was told all was done and it was now ready to use and they left. what i wish they had done was go over the basic operations of both devices. being a 77 year old sr, tech is not easy and i had to deal with a printer and computer that was new to me and confusing..

My new printer was connected near my bed (where I spend a good deal of time) and the man who connected it was pleasant. HE DEMONSTRATED THAT IT WORKED BY ASKING ME TO REQUEST A PRINT FROM MY IPAD. The print came through quickly and clear. However there was no instruction book to let me know how to print various items from my iPad. I should have asked at the time. I’m sure I’ll find how it works somehow.

I have always had good service by the Geek Squad. They are efficient and friendly. The most important factor is that they are understanding of an Elderly customer who is not at all knowledgeable of today's computer equipment. And one who should never be trusted with messing with the equipment. Thanks for all of the help, guys!!!

Install went perfectly. Geek Squad representative seemed to know not only how to work on printer for set up but presented himself as well as The Geek Squad as professional from start to finish.

My agent was very professional and set up the printer efficiently. What I liked best is that he was a very personable representative of Best Buy!

The printer set-up required two visits due to a power outage in the area. While this was inconvenient, both agents were highly professional and helpful and by their excellent attitude more than made up for the extra wait. I appreciate their professional courtesy.

I purchased a new printer ... (which I might add the salesperson who recommended the HP printer ... matched my printing needs up with a printer (friendly system) that was best suited for me (my printing needs) .... his attention to my needs was a noticeable priority ... with my purchase he introduced me to the Geek Squad ... again, personal attention was the priority agenda. The Printer delivery (Geek Squad) and explanation of the operational performance of my new printer was explained and demonstrated (their patience explaining the operational system was outstanding). Although the lyrics of the 'Monkees' song ... "I'm a Believer" are NOT exactly copacetic to this narrative ... nevertheless, the Song Title sums up my belief and commitment of the Best Buy salespeople and the Geek Squad (Wolfchase area store). Oh goodness, what can I say! When technology glitches I am THRILLED to have access to this service! The technician was very knowledgeable, explored challenges on-the-spot, installed it with ease, and hauled away the heavy (very old) equipment!

The agent set up my new printer, and assured that it worked properly and explained and answered any questions that I had without hesitation. He did a great job!

Isaac Fernandez arrived at my home in a timely way. Apparently he wasn't originally intended to make this house call, but was assigned at the last moment, so he wasn't as informed about my needs as he might've been. He answered most of my questions about the various features of the new HP computer & Windows 11 vs Windows 10. He did his best to meet my needs regarding short cuts, Iphone photos to the computer & scanning from printer to computer. I had already installed my printer, so that wasn't needed. Generally satisfied with the service.
