Oh goodness, what can I say! When technology glitches I am THRILLED to have access to this service! The technician was very knowledgeable, explored challenges on-the-spot, installed it with ease, and hauled away the heavy (very old) equipment!

Leandro was a miracle worker in installing our new Canon imageclass color printer. From the moment he first contacted me, he kept in touch to pinpoint the time of his arrival. He helped lift the heavy printer onto the printer stand, unwrapped the multiple pieces of tape and got to work with the installation. He communicated clearly each step of the way and set up printer quickly, while working to identify the problem with our old (2020) heavily used HP pagewide color printer. He kept working on both until he expeditiously completed and thoroughly tested the new Canon imagelcass printer. After identifying an internal broken part in our HP pagewide printer (which is out of warranty and no longer being supported by HP), he jerry rigged a 'fix' so now we can use the HP printer, at least for awhile. Leandro has amazing technical and communication skills. For years Geek Squad has kept our home office functioning smoothly, and we were overjoyed that Leandro continued and surpassed the tradition of amazing service! We are incredibly grateful for his technical skills.

The Geek Squad Tech was wonderful! He installed my new printer and helped me navigate some questions I had on how to use the new Libre system with the printer. He was very understanding working with my concerns about a new computer and the new printer!

He checked it over, checked that I bought the right DVD/CD player (I didn't...I bought what I was told to buy and it was not correct) was very professional, and did a great job. The technician was extremely helpful and helped me with my printer and also installed a memory disc. The store clerk said I had to take my computer to the store to get the memory disc added and at 89 years old that is not feasible but she did not care. The technician immediately asked for permission to install the disc. He obviously enjoys his job as he was anxious to do every thing I needed

At very Best buy the Geek squad was great. He down loaded tge program needed to my computer and set up for them to come out Saturday for install in my home. I would give the store Geek Squad a 5. But on Saturday i was given a window as to when they would arrive so i planned my day around that. About 20 minutes before i got a call that staff was not coming. I would have liked to know that before 20 minutes before time.

It was very easy to follow the online directions and set up the printer. My only complaint is that the ink cartridges are very hard to insert. I'm older and my hands are not as strong as they used to be. But with help from my husband, we got them to go in and it works just fine.

The tech who installed this machine was prompt, knowledgeable, gave me good instructions and had a sense of humor as an added bonus. Was excellent.

The Geek Squad are great. They are very professional and do a great job. Geek Squad members Jared and Rick have helped me a lot. They have set up my TV and have set up printers for me. Before they left they made sure I understood how to use the TV and printers and asked me if I had any questions before they left. They also said I can call them if I had more questions. They are awesome!! Thank you guys!

It is a perfect little printer for at home. I am happy with Total Tech support. They set up my printer quickly and efficiently. It is worth every penny to to know if I need tech support they will come to my home. They took away my ancient computer and printer and now I have a nice neat space
