Isaac Fernandez arrived at my home in a timely way. Apparently he wasn't originally intended to make this house call, but was assigned at the last moment, so he wasn't as informed about my needs as he might've been. He answered most of my questions about the various features of the new HP computer & Windows 11 vs Windows 10. He did his best to meet my needs regarding short cuts, Iphone photos to the computer & scanning from printer to computer. I had already installed my printer, so that wasn't needed. Generally satisfied with the service.

The tech who installed this machine was prompt, knowledgeable, gave me good instructions and had a sense of humor as an added bonus. Was excellent.

I wasted an entire cartrdge because my printer was repedly printing a 27-page report whenever I turned on my ptinter and/or my lsptop. I was unable to correct this online. So I was very relieved when a home visit by a Bestbuy agent was suggested. Two Bestbuy Geek Squad people csme, gave me pointers about my soon to be obsolete printer and quickly coordinated my printer to my laptop. I am very satisfied .

The Geek Squad Tech was wonderful! He installed my new printer and helped me navigate some questions I had on how to use the new Libre system with the printer. He was very understanding working with my concerns about a new computer and the new printer!

It was very easy to follow the online directions and set up the printer. My only complaint is that the ink cartridges are very hard to insert. I'm older and my hands are not as strong as they used to be. But with help from my husband, we got them to go in and it works just fine.

Nick came over to set up my printer with the correct WiFi for Brighton. He checked it over, checked that I bought the right DVD/CD player (I didn't...I bought what I was told to buy and it was not correct) was very professional, and did a great job. At very Best buy the Geek squad was great. He down loaded tge program needed to my computer and set up for them to come out Saturday for install in my home. I would give the store Geek Squad a 5. But on Saturday i was given a window as to when they would arrive so i planned my day around that. About 20 minutes before i got a call that staff was not coming. I would have liked to know that before 20 minutes before time.

Agent (Leopold W.) was very knowledgeable and also helped me install HP app on my phone to be able to print from my phone to my printer.

The technician was extremely helpful and helped me with my printer and also installed a memory disc. The store clerk said I had to take my computer to the store to get the memory disc added and at 89 years old that is not feasible but she did not care. The technician immediately asked for permission to install the disc. He obviously enjoys his job as he was anxious to do every thing I needed
