I recently bought a new Brother all in one printer from Best Buy. I'm not savvy or comfortable with maintenance, set up etc so I decided on the Geek Squad service to do the set up. They seceduled the appointment, showed up on time and finished the set up in less than 30 minutes including answering my questions ang going over all the functions for print, copy and scan. I also asked them to download the manual for me and they were happy to do it. The asked me if I had any questions or needs before packing up and leaving. They were courteous, and professional. I hope I don't have any problems but I'm comfortable that they will takr care of them if I do.

The technician was extremely helpful and helped me with my printer and also installed a memory disc. The store clerk said I had to take my computer to the store to get the memory disc added and at 89 years old that is not feasible but she did not care. The technician immediately asked for permission to install the disc. He obviously enjoys his job as he was anxious to do every thing I needed

The printer set-up required two visits due to a power outage in the area. While this was inconvenient, both agents were highly professional and helpful and by their excellent attitude more than made up for the extra wait. I appreciate their professional courtesy.

I needed help from the GS because the new EERO mesh network would not allow connection to my Epson printer (2 years old). Turns out Epson will not connect to a faster wifi and is stuck in the dark ages. The GS team fixed the printer so that it would print from a dedicated computer but not all of my computers.

The Geek Squad are great. They are very professional and do a great job. Geek Squad members Jared and Rick have helped me a lot. They have set up my TV and have set up printers for me. Before they left they made sure I understood how to use the TV and printers and asked me if I had any questions before they left. They also said I can call them if I had more questions. They are awesome!! Thank you guys!

Nick came over to set up my printer with the correct WiFi for Brighton. He checked it over, checked that I bought the right DVD/CD player (I didn't...I bought what I was told to buy and it was not correct) was very professional, and did a great job. I wish he could come once/quarter because I trust his work.

I have always had good service by the Geek Squad. They are efficient and friendly. The most important factor is that they are understanding of an Elderly customer who is not at all knowledgeable of today's computer equipment. And one who should never be trusted with messing with the equipment. Thanks for all of the help, guys!!!

They sent a geek named Kyle. He was great. Fixed all our problems, Was patient, I'm not very good with technology. He took his time and explained everything he did. We are totally satisfied.

I’m giving this a 5 based on the Geek Squad member assigned to help me. I’m new to the “membership program” and the pro who helped to get my computer/printer working again is exactly as worded…a pro! Pleasant surprise! He was prompt, kept in contact and reassured me of his availability, professional, personable, respectful and most importantly, knowledgeable!! He’s had to come out a few times and even though it’s not a quick fix (they’re short of qualified techs due to COVID), he has reassured me he will stick with the project all the way through. I hope this sets the tone for a positive experience during my whole contract period with all my future needs or problems. I DREAD CALLING BEST BUY FOR ANY HELP….but I’ve been so lucky to get the same tech. I had to pay an extra fee for the computer program needed, so I hope that is just a one-time shot. Also, before I had this tech’s help I had to go in to Best Buy and it is true that they REALLY “sell” you on buying their Geek Squad coverage that will cover everything (no, read fine print)!!! Obviously, it didn’t but my tech thoroughly explained the reason why when he wasn’t able to fix my problem without updating the computer “program.” Going into store for help wasn’t that great and the Geek counter offered some “challenged” personalities behind the counter. Bottom line: BE PATIENT. If you’re in a hurry in the store or need someone to the house quickly, it’s not going to happen. Fortunately, I’ve been lucky (and patient). They really desperately need more techs though, but I’m using COVID in their defense in hiring more people. We shall see….

Oh goodness, what can I say! When technology glitches I am THRILLED to have access to this service! The technician was very knowledgeable, explored challenges on-the-spot, installed it with ease, and hauled away the heavy (very old) equipment!

At very Best buy the Geek squad was great. He down loaded tge program needed to my computer and set up for them to come out Saturday for install in my home. I would give the store Geek Squad a 5. But on Saturday i was given a window as to when they would arrive so i planned my day around that. About 20 minutes before i got a call that staff was not coming. I would have liked to know that before 20 minutes before time.

The Geek Squad Tech was wonderful! He installed my new printer and helped me navigate some questions I had on how to use the new Libre system with the printer. He was very understanding working with my concerns about a new computer and the new printer!

Nam, from Geek Squads at-site service technician did an excellent job of installing 2 large format printers (1 HP, 1 Brother) at my home. Nam has been to my home before and I am always very pleased with his quality of work-making sure everything works properly, etc, along with his professionalism and communication skills-to be able to come down to my "dinosaur mentality level" to explain things without making me feel ignorant. Best Buy-Geek Squad is very fortunate to have Nam as part of the Team! I will always request Nam for future site installations!

The Geek Squad Mike came here and most efficiently worked on my Sony 500" TV and set it up made sure everyting was working well.He even set my my Netflix to also work well on the TV. He asked me frequently if I had questions.He explained thing perfectly when I did have questions.I felt very happy when he was thru.He is the best!!!

They were friendly, professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. They were able to trouble shoot and get me connected to wi-fi to use my printer. They took the time to show me how to access it correctly and how to print from my ipad or iphone. They asked if there was anything else I needed before leaving. The entire session was unhurried and productive. I was extremely grateful for their help.

Everything went very good and making the Appointment was really easy. The Lady that assisted Me was very knowledgeable and so helpful !! The Person that came to My House and Fixed My Printer was so GREAT and took No Time to Resolve My complaint and I was 100 % Satisfied.
