Bought this for work to replace my old dual 1080p monitor and it’s a game changer. Quality is great and setup took less than 5 min. Bought a second one for my wife as well.

I replaces two smaller monitors with this one. It is excellent. Plenty of real estate for multpliple windows and a very clear display. Highly recommend

Great monitor for gaming, my field of view is amazing! The HDR makes games look crisp too. I’m a big MMO fan, and being able to see my whole party is a life changer.

Bought this monitor for an employee working on large detail drawings. It has proven to be very helpful at looking at detailed work and avoiding costly mistakes.

The best picture quality of any computer screen that I’ve seen. Easy to use, crisp colors and amazing looking. I love this screen and wish I would have bought sooner

I bought the Samsung monitor to go with my Mac Mini which I bought here a while back. It's a nice monitor overall. There are a few things that are just not right for me and the way I use it. I can't call them defects because nothing is wrong with it. I am finding out that the ultra wide format is not ideal for my situation. The color and resolution are good. I have it in a room that has low ambient light, so at times I found that the black is not as good as my LG OLED tv in the same room. Maybe that's the problem. Nothing but an OLED looks like one. That's what I'm used to seeing. LED IPS screens don't have the silky blacks that OLED has. The brightness is excellent but sometimes I see light leakage around the screen in a dark room. I'll probably keep it for a while and sell it used to get something nicer and more expensive. Samsung is excellent for what I paid and the next step up is a big one.

Excellent visuals, excellent out of the box calibration. Samsung has a reputation for good products but this one took the cake with it’s HDR and freesync at 100hz.

The Samsung ViewFinity S5 is a great monitor like most of their other monitors. It possess the same great build quality and minimalistic/clean look. The only problem I have with it is that it is a little too minimalist for me. Although it is not a smart monitor, it should not be this "dumb". It seems to be missing many of Samsungs great features that are on other monitors, like the Dynamic Picture mode, where the display alters the brightness and color "warmness/coldness." Plus the control's built into the monitor can be difficult and uncomfortable. Making me constantly leave the monitor on the brightest and sharpest setting, which I can not use very well during the night. So I find myself having to fiddle with the display settings everytime I wish to play or work when I get home.
