I returned it , but geek squad was readily available. I’m impressed ! It was not necessary for the good sound bcz the TV was high quality .

Professional knew what they were doing. Clean feet an careful of belongings. Got the sound bar up and running with no problems. Answered all my questions.

The tech was absolutely fabulous. He was knowledgeable, careful with install, removed all boxes. I could not ask for a better tech!

sound bar is fabulous, thought I wouldn't need one but Geek squad, Ben, installed it quick and easy to use

We thought that we could just install the sound bar ourselves and found out that it needs to run approximately 100 hours before it can set up properly. Add a few extra external speakers and you have a nice surround sound system.

I appreciate the Geek Square setting everything up and making sure it all worked. They programmed my remotes and made sure it worked with all my extras - DVD player, Direct TV, etc. They unpacked the products and took the packaging away so it didn't fill my recycle bins. Very nice guys!

The agents mounted my tv on the wall and hooked up my stereo. The service was great; agents were knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. As with previous experiences, I am completely satisfied with the service provided by the Geek Squad. 5 star rating.

When we first had our soundbar installed I was having some problems understanding people talking was not clear. My husband thought the same. We called the Geeks them came to see if they could adjust. They came to the same conclusion there was an issue. They ordered us a replacement. They installed a new one and it is perfect. We are very happy with the sound and speakers you can move around. I gave it 4 stars because we wanted it installed on the wall under the tv but 2 Geeks told us there has been problems with it eventually sagging on the wall due to the weight, we decided not to, which I was very disappointed with.

The installation by the Geek Squad was professional in every way. Everything works perfectly and you can not even see where the installation was accomplished. All wires are completely hidden and look like a factory install. Nothing could have been better!!!

The Geek Squad technicians are always knowledgeable, professional and on time! The are very well trained in dealing with customers who are not very up to date on technology! They are so patient and let me ask questions about the service!

Geek Squad showed up and hooked up my sound bar to my TV in no time flat...and what a difference that made! Geek Squad membership was probably the best purchase I made all year!

Agents (Antonio) were able to install a new replacement Sony soundbar and make necessary adjustments so that it appropriately worked in tandem with TV. I had ongoing problem where TV screen/sound would go black/silent a couple times each time TV turned on, only when connected to sound bar. Problem successfully resolved this visit after some real effort and thought.

THE TECHS PERSONS WAS VERY GOOD EXPLAINING WHAT HE WAS DOING TO SET UP MY SOUND BAR. THEY HAVE SOME PROBLEMS BECAUSE MY TV IT WAS A OLDER MODEL BUT THEY INSTALLEDAND IS WORKING VERY GOOD

The service was quick and easy. They fished the wire through the wall and up through the cabinet and connected the soundbar to the new LG Smart TV

Best install team. They care home more than me. Did very clean. Did very care of. After install they explain everything nice and clear.

The agents hooked up my new Denon 5.1 receiver and programmed my logi remote controller. The speakers all worked except the subwoofer, which was connected to a wireless box. The controller didn’t consistently turn on my satellite box.
